This is a good development for crypto but I would not spend bitcoins. I think Venezuelans should settle for a more suitable cash alternative like Dash.

There is already a Bitcoin circular economy in Venezuela.

The Boliva's value has hyper-inflated.

Their government is corrupt (Well every government is when you compare them to Bitcoin)

These poor countries will become wealthy because they were forced to adopt Bitcoin first.

Bitcoin will be the greatest wealth transfer in history, prove me wrong.

I think that nation doesn't have a very good existing economy. So, It serves them well to use BTC as a mode of payment. Anyway, it is a good step and other countries should follow in their footsteps.

If I'm not mistaken the topic "Pizza Huts in Venezuela" treats Bitcoin as a payment already made here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5296828.0

Very sure the same answers will collide here.
OP Before the topic is created, a good step is to do a search, whether the same topic already exists or not.

Pizza Hut companies in Venezuela now accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payments for food and beverages. The move has triggered the adoption of cryptocurrencies in Venezuela further, as many food and beverage store outlets are already facilitating bitcoin payments, and Pizza Hut does not want to miss out on implementing cryptocurrency payments for its services. This is great because crypto is widely adopted, and its role is not only just as a digital currency
