Their government is corrupt (Well every government is when you compare them to Bitcoin) These poor countries will become wealthy because they were forced to adopt Bitcoin first. So, It serves them well to use BTC as a mode of payment. Anyway, it is a good step and other countries should follow in their footsteps.
