just have the merchants give their credit card provider the bank details for the merchants coinbase account, which automatically buys bitcoins. but yea, if a provider later says that a chargeback occurred, the merchant then needs to give fiat back to the card provider if the charge back is honoured, Title: Re: Credit Card Payment Processor That Pays Out in Bitcoins?
