Got no Payza account. Just went to the site & the charges are quite steep for withdrawal. I can accept neteller if you have an account.

Exchanged small amount of USD for BTC with this guy with no problem. I got a quick response and the exchange was straightforward. Hope to deal with you again!

i do use & accept USD but in localbitcoins when i set it up here in korea, it uses KRW automatically. sorry for the confusion.
