Having alts is not against the forum rules but you cheat on a bounty campaign, that where the problem is. The reference link left by YOSHIE on your profile is not accurate (it can be corrected) but his reason to tag your account is accurate and you know it. Anyway, can you explain briefly why have you used the same ETH address on a campaign that you accused of? According to campaign rules alt account should join at a time. So definitely there is something wrong. Please clear the case by providing appropriate counter-evidence.
