I have my pc at repair service and need to check on smartphone that PDF form from official U.S. Patent Office website. Here the link: https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/aia0014.pdf (https://www.uspto.gov/sites/default/files/documents/aia0014.pdf) If you are afraid of any viruses - check official USPTO website manually via google and then compare with my link. But my mobile PDF application does not support such complicated interactive PDF forms. Can somebody download and export that PDF as empty print ready PDF? I would pay a few $ in BTC for that easy task.
