OMG, you need urgently to redesign the website. It is evident that some hard, even more so it does not look that bad but the site's functionality is desperate. Javascript on there is very poorly done, I am not sure where I am. When clicking on whatever there nothing happened or got boring logo animation.
I wanted to learn more about your business, but I just spent time on useless animations.

I agree with choice from janggernaut. If Hhampuz or yahoo62278 accept to manage your bounty you will get more credibility for sure.

You are building a project, looking for bounty manager but you still have not installed SSL certificate. The connection isn’t secure. First complete or organize them and then come public.

I agree with examplens that you need to deal with the problems on the website first. Javascript is too heavy and the sites is performing poorly in the browser.
You need to optimize that.

I think you should not bother looking for a bounty manager first because you should first find a knowledgeable and good web developer and designer.  It needs to work properly so that those who are interested in your platform will not regret it when they visit your website.  Just follow the suggestions above to make it run smoothly when you start promoting.
