np.   You should move this to scam accusations since it's an active scam and the profile is likely a throw away one that does not care about their reputation.

First time I reported Scam... Now I posted it in Scam Accusations

Second thing, I also gave negative trust to him with this reference but that's not showing to other users only your feedback is showing there.
Why my feedback is not showing to anyone?  :-\ :-\ :-\

My feedback is showing in "Untrusted Feedback" to others
Because you are not the list of Default Trust or DT. You must have a check at this- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095156.0 once you get into DT1 or DT2 list, only then your feedback will be visible to others.

Or he can check LoyceV list Complete overview of users on DT1 and DT2 and their ratings (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5139250.msg55756529#msg55756529) and it is necessary for someone from that list to tag the user in order to be visible.
Now user Pemuda had three tags from DT members, so it will be visible to all for sure.

I will inform the moderators about it and hopefully, it will be banned. But in any case, he will soon create a new account. My advice to you is not to panic like that. There are two threads that YOSHIE opened, just post them there.

Managers are also attentive, I have seen many similar cases, but such cheaters do not receive payments. All you need to do is inform the manager, and report in the appropriate thread to YOSHIE, and just as you were previously advised to leave negative feedback to the offender, with detailed evidence.
And when solving the issue, it is advisable to immediately close the topic so as not to create a megastream from it.
