I've been trying to access Bitrefill from my phone for a couple of days now but I couldn't manage to do so...I'm having different errors each time I try to log in:

- Invalid PIN (even though my password is correct).
- Cannot read property 'message' of null.
- Captcha error (when there is no captcha to solve)

Anyone facing the same issue? (I'm not using the phone app, just trying to access the site from the phone).

I just logged in there on mobile - I got a 404 error the first time I tried, but was successful immediately after, including using both an email link and a 2FA code.

Have you tried using a different browser on your phone? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache?

I accessed the page on my smartphone (Chrome) without any difficulty today. I checked their Reddit and no one complains of similar problems, but I found that 3 months ago they had DDoS (https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitrefill/comments/ib3aqo/webpage_and_app_error/) which affected the operation of the site and the application.

In addition to the advice from o_e_l_e_o , see if there is an update for your browser, and maybe an upgrade for the OS you are using.

I used the site few hours ago to refill my paytm balance and I have had no issue in the web version from my phone. It's working fine here. There are more services like this and you can try them this time.

Just logged into my bitrefill account swiftly via Firefox mobile browser without any troubles. The captcha error is most likely a sign of poor internet network service.
Any reason why you don't like using the mobile app? I tend to find it more continent  ;)

Upgrading Chrome did the trick. I appreciate the help!


I realize that but I had balance in my Bitrefill account. I didn't want to use something else.


I've used the app before actually, and I found it to be very glitchy. I checked Google play before posting this thread, and I noticed that they haven't updated the app since over a year, so I didn't bother..
