Blockchain jobs, careers, certifications?

How can I get an entry level career on blockchain? What do I need to do/study/learn?
Anyone know of any legitimate courses/certifications on blockchain? If you can mention if it's free that'd be a bonus ₿

What you need to study if you want a career on blockchain is programming languages. Solidity/Python/Java/PHP/Ruby is as far as I know the most used OOP programming languages on Blockchain development but there are still more that can be used.

Don't know your country of origin but there are plenty of courses that are included in the university programs.

You better search locally in nearby schools who offer blockchain related courses. Recently saw a thread where a guy posted regarding such inclusion of course in their school and university programs. I think you will have good chance of finding one if you belong to countries in USA and Europe region.

Moreover, lots of online courses already out for the subscription.

Everyone starts a different career here, some of them are just campaign hunters growing up to be campaign managers there are also those from them just investing (even to selling all their life assets) now they become THE CEO of an exchange, you can start from where you like this cryptocurrency, I started my career through the campaign and I am very happy.

There are very few careers in "block chain" now, but the field is likely to grow in the future. My recommendation is to study engineering, finance, business, or economics.

But there's still one other perspective of OP's question in my opinion. I don't know if I'm correct but I think OP were trying to ask if there's a certain courses that teaches majorly in Blockhain and has certificates when finish a degree or vocational course, I think? well if I'm not mistaken, there are just limited countries that offer such thing.

And if OP were trying to ask how he would start his career on Blockhain like trading, he won't need diplomas to that anymore. All he needs is to self study and attends seminars that tackles blockchain topics to receive certificate.

Due to the covid-19, I suggest the remote jobs. Depends on what king of knowledge you do have and how deep you want to go into the case. For example, if you don't have knowledge and just interested with the case you can start working as support team member of some project or community manager but if you have some programming still you can start learning smart contracts and developing with solidity language in this case you will get good job offer form the projects with high payments.

There are bunch of blockchain courses that you can see on udemy and the instructors there have foundation.

But certificates are nothing if you just completed the course yet you extracted nothing from it and didn't gained knowledge from it.

And for the jobs, you can browse on Upwork. Facebook is hiring AFAIK in Ireland for blockchain related posts.

Blockchain careers are now becoming in demand. Lots of developers are totally into it. Probably if you are into tech with some knowledge on some of the basic of information technology, you can probably get some course online, Im sure there are more offering it.

In my country there are some new platform being developed with partnership on some good educational institutions like Oxford so gonna wait for them to open up their platform since its already partnered with a legit educational group under our Government. But there are plenty of options like others mentioned here.

You can start with Coursera's free blockchain certification. You will get a certificate from University of Buffalo in association of Coursera. I have passed it and it really start with the basics.
