Title: Find out if the panxora exchange is a scam.
Post by: piter_wip12592 on December 14, 2020, 03:59:30 AM
If you are doing business on Panxora, please advise me. I withdraw money from 9/12 to now have not received the money. Sent over 10 messages, but received only 1 status response being supported.  ??? ??? ??? ???

do you mean this https://panxora.io/ ? it's my first time hearing about them.

I checked around the forum and google and can't seem to find any scam accusation/article against panxora why not give it a couple more days to see what happens and if nothing still happens. contact them through mobile/landline. I found a list of contact number and email on their homepage(quoted below). anyway, you should provide evidence to prove your claim. also, follow scam accusation format.

They have a few reviews and news about them

The 10 messages without answer is suspicious. If you receive your money you should post that everything is alright. As in the other post is said you also must show evidence of any problem.

There is a representative of Panxora exchange on this forum so you can try PM'ing him. Username: Panxora_COO (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=391605)
The last activity, however was November 23, but it's worth a try.

The name of this exchange I did not know before seeing the thread. That means don't know how much trusted this exchange or any bad about this. So since you have posted a scam accusation you should provide all the information in detail. You just said you have messaged them 10 times and one is supported. So feel free to share your story with full info.

Also, don't forget to follow the format of scam accusation.

I waited patiently. It's been 7 days since I made the withdrawal. If I don't get my money today, I'll post proof.

Is this the first time you initiate a withdrawal from this exchange?

How much did you deposit here? Just move on if it's that much since you have no other choice but to wait for their response.

And their trading site is laggy as hell. I don't understand how you ended up trading at that site.

Hi guys,I am the COO of the Panxora group. I'm sorry the withdrawals have been a bit slow in December. Unfortunately, the team has been hit with a spate of illness and that has slowed everything down. That coupled with the reverse auction we ran last week where XAI token holders could take profit added extra work for fewer people.
All coins are stored in cold wallets which makes the process longer, but safer.
I know that with BTC flying people want access to their cash and that is totally understandable.
My direct email address is marcie.terman@panxora.io and anyone who is a client is welcome to email me directly if the rest of the team is slow to respond. I will try to help, though I am not directly involved in the settlements process.
Stay safe.
Marcie

If something goes wrong, why not notify investors? I mailed a lot, but the responses were irresponsible.

May I ask how this ended ?
Were you eventually able to withdraw ?

I'm in a similar situation, not on the Panxora CEX itself but on a ICO dashboard they've created in 2017.
See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1974313.msg60559100#msg60559100
I can't understand how this platform is still viable anno 2022, in a volatile market like crypto's.

For me it feels like Panxora took advantage of the ICO hype in 2017, and now they try to do the same with the NFT-hype (a bit late though), leaving the ICO-investors without any support.

As per the instructions try to contact this guy (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=391605) here or send an email, he is still active and has recently launched a bounty program.

I hope this helps

Thanks for the input, greatly appreciated. ;)
I've sent her & general support a mail 9 days ago...no response whatsoever.

For me this whole Panxora with their AICoin -tokens and now their IMERS -tokens is a scam...raising money from investors without any support afterwards.
I hope this message reaches people before they consider investing into these recently launched IMERS-tokens.
