If someone offers you 900% monthly ROI you can be 100% sure that it's a scam and that you won't see your money ever again, even if they never changed the address, like you said it happened. That kind of ROI is simply not sustainable and is only offered by scams to lure naive and greedy people.

There is no investment platform in the whole world that offers x10 investment growth for just depositing and waiting your money to grow.
