And as suggested if you pay bitcoin on the service while in altcoins on the Marketplace ALtcoins. I wouldn't ask for more about your idea but hopefully it won't be just like those pump and dump tokens. You can find everything you you need here the problem is can you Pay them? there is no free service in this forum and you must have Budget for that project you wanted to start.Unless there is another account here that looking for your concept and will make a deal in the middle.
