 I saw that the price of XRP has increased so much. Can XRP be 1 Dollar in 2021?  ???

The price of XRP when paired with bitcoin was 0.00002681 BTC and right now it is 0.00002512 BTC as of writing this post.
So it has only decreased in my opinion. Obviously the price would increase when paired with USD because the price of Bitcoin has increased a lot lately.
To answer your question if XRP would go to 1 Dollar, may be Yes but XRP has not made any significant developments lately which is why I think it won't sustain the gain in price.

A post and speculation that was before the lawsuit comes out. Well, it's going to be harder this time to see XRP at $1. It will be a long time before we might see it but there's still a volatility that includes it and who knows if the other day that would come, there will be a finer and better news about it.

2021 is another long year to come and a lot of news will definitely come. Nobody can say if it will go back to $0.7 very fast and will break $1 after its support increases. But for now, you don't see some good news about it and speculations like high prices for XRP are not ideal to listen to but if you want some encouragement, your choice.

It's possible more that, cause based tracked ATH Ripple is $3.84 USD (Jan 04, 2018). So If said 1$ on 2021? Yes still  It's possible but no one can guarantee.

keep in mind that recent pumping was only able to cover 40% of $0.8. The spark token airdrop event (one of the XRP pumping factors) has also passed. Now there is no longer any other supporting thing that will potentially recover the xrp price to ATH let alone touch $1.

It qas good kovement by xtp before sec sued them, now it is all pure 1000% speculation. If sec decide that xrp is securities xrp holder will be death and anither tuing is if coinbase delisting it it is even worst condition for xrp. I am out of xrp market to see how it goes.

For the market conditions in the last week I was pretty sure XRP could hit $1 even over it, but for today I'm not so sure because of the bad news about the SEC lawsuit. XRP price immediately fell past $0.2 but is now slowly recovering and rising to $0.35
If XRP wins this lawsuit, I will be sure to come back with XRP. Moreover, 2021 has great potential for the altcoin season.

The question is, what are their chances for them to win this lawsuit? I must admit I am not a huge fan of Ripple at all so I did not follow the news that closely. How confident are you that they will get all that thing settled with the SEC. And what would happen when they don't win the lawsuit? Going down to zero?

End of 2021 There is no coin called ripple left. all exchanges delist of the trade. seems possible but too hard.

The scam coin will never worth that much again. In 2017/2018 ripple were using so many money to paid bunch of shillers and spread lies about the usability of XRP coin. It's a security coin from when it was created. XRP is only full with gimmick that being created by its executives.

More exchange sites will come to halt their trade for XRP. $1 is just an impossible thing but otherwise, it might possible for ripple to achieved the zero value

There's a big possibility that is going to happen the first two months of 2021 for Ripple is very crucial, they should address the issue make a compromise, SEC is just to powerful to ignore, they always wins a case because they always come very prepared, SEC is watching all those years picking the right time to file a case and what could be worst then bringing the bad news just when the bull run is just beginning and we are on a holiday

I can't and XRP will never surpass 50 cents. $1 is too far to be considered as the next target for XRP. The next target for XRP should be the lower rate than the current price. A lot of accusations have come for the XRP and that means if holding XRP is the worst thing that can be done by anyone since the SEC news already released a few days ago.
Think smart and XRP is not worthy to be considered as investment.

The SEC crushed all predictions about ripple for the next year. Nobody is convinced that ripple is still worth the hold. This will be a tragedy at the end of the year, Ripple closes 2020 with a big fall. as long as problems with the SEC have not found an answer, ripple is hopeless.

With the drops of XRP yesterday, it needs more supports from many people and institutions to help XRP prices to increase. But it could happen in the next year as we don't know what will happens in the future. XRP price now is at $0.3, and it needs more time to increase to $0.5. We could only wait for XRP to rise again, and if that happens, perhaps, the price can break by $1 in the next year. The crypto market now become more unpredictable, and it seems, it is not easy to analyze the coins, not just for XRP.

Not sure if it will be delisted, but after this airdrop the price rise will be difficult and may have to wait for long month before even touching 1$ now. So the recent falls all happening was due to its airdrop and this might just kill XRP long time bullish all who were like will reach 3$ or so which may just not happen anymore.

You should check out the news from reliable media, some big exchanges are now restricting people coming from the US from trading this is just one of the first step, there's a big possibility that Ripple will be de listed because those US based exchange don't want to meddle with SEC decision, let's see in the coming days there's more to come to this.

XRP is currently facing SEC case and until that is taken care of, the price will continue to drop, because more people are losing interest already, more people are selling already because they don't want to lose big time and it's obvious that the more this case stays, there is every possiblity long term holders will likely sell to save their funds and be on the safer side. Now, about the price getting to $1, will first depend on if the case is solved faster and XRP regained its value from the eyes of investors, when that is done, more products and services will need to be developed so as to give people a thing to go for which will then attract more users. But all these are still speculation until the big issue is solved and that is, SEC issue being taken care of.

It looks  impossible for XRP to reach $1 at the year 2021 after SEC sued the ripple company, we can expect a major dump from the investors and for sure, new investors will be kept at bay worrying that they would lose their investment once Ripple losses the case. 

The Market isn't completely bullish. We've been experiencing good market growth with bitcoin, but the same isn't getting followed by the rest of the altcoins. XRP being a manipulative cryptocurrency, there is possible chances of price reaching $1. As per my understanding, I find the current growth of XRP to be the real one. We have seen good growth with XRP, and it is good for long term profiting.

They have to do their best to win on this case or else they’ll face their worst dream ever. I don’t also believe that $1 is possible again for XRP, its a long way journey and XRP might not be able to reach that price again. I believe XRP had a great run until SEC interfered and filed a lawsuit against XRP which dropped both the confidence of investors as well as the price of XRP. I don't think it'll be any easy for XRP to survive this and hold longer, it has turned many investors gray while others are still speculating on it. Though, I don't see this $1 opportunity in XRP anymore after this lawsuit has come into existence.

I actually laughed when i do saw this on where its price is currently on fire because of that SEC issue.This issue isnt something that can be resolved out easily.

It did really lose up investors confidence which did really end up on having such decline.It would really be hard to make out some recovery but for sure there are still
people whom do see this as an opportunity to buy back tokens.

It will never happen. It's not about the demand dude. It's about the legal action that faced by XRP from SEC. that brings a lot of fear to the XRP buyers. There are so many people sold their XRP and move into the another coins. This will be the end for ripple. Ripple's price is continue to be dumped by its holders.

well, at the start of this thread, I don't think there's any news about the SEC yet, and at the moment it's looking pretty tough. however, just a moment ago, I also thought that XRP could hit the price of $ 1 this year. however, the world of cryptocurrency is unpredictable. Right now, XRP really needs a boost and a miracle to go over the $ 1 price tag.

When the OP posted his thread, the SEC issue was not yet out. That's why it is understandable that he's still thinking that it may reach $1 next year, which a lot of us were actually thinking also before this SEC lawsuit. But with this lawsuit on their side, we know that $1 is now far from the horizon. We are just waiting what will the XRP team will do on this big issue thrown to them.

When you posted this ?Yeah XRP is really increasing but after 3 days? after US Sec File the formal case ? looks like the Holder got panicked and dump their coin right away.

In a matter of 6 hours the value dived more than 20% and not look ,more than 40% decrease in 7 days graph.

Though i have seen same scenario when Litecoin was sold ,and look at it now competitively increasing Yet we cannot Blame investors because of they wanted to Keep safe,and this is the difference of Bitcoin to other coins, the assurance of recovering from the dump.

Well if its ruled that its a security then most large exchanges can't list the coin. Exchanges like Coinbase, Bitstamp, etc. Sure it would only prohibit US investors from trading and exchanges can disable XRP trading for US clients, however its going to require alot of work. Basically an exchange where based by country you can only trade certain digital assets. Will become a mess. Most likely easier to just delist, especially since the trading volumes will decrease and won't bring lots of revenue anyways.

So the price will keep going down slowly and slowly and eventually it might reach 1 sat like most altcoins that were created in the last 5-7 years. Less and less people trade it, more investors dump, and price keeps going lower and lower.

No idea what will happen. Maybe "pay a fine and you are good" and maybe then it will get relisted in most places. We will see this week whether Coinbase delists it or not. If they don't, then most likely XRP will be here to stay.

It was impossible even before the SEC thing. Even if $1 had happened, there would have been massive dumping by the holders. I keep saying this about XRP but it takes an event like this to show people,,, just how dangerous it can be to own a coin like this that is super centralized. Your destiny is in the whim of a few corporates.

The fate of this project relied from how they handled this case from SEC, it's a doom for them since like what you have mentioned SEC is more stronger than SEC unless the team have other sets of plan to continue or to settle this problem.

Well its likely going to hell already. The more we don't know what will happen with SEC and XRP, the price may also not be good in the end.

The holders may reason the price didnt go all the way to zero is because they are going to win the case by proving XRP is a currency and not security tokens but truth is that when its authorities that you battle against with, its just a very dark stage.

Chances is too slim but in case that money speak up then it will turned to the other side, we don't know yet the actual fate of this project

Xrp is in a very bad situation now. A few days ago, there was a market uptrend of xrp, then everyone thought that xrp would do something special again, but now the opposite has happened.

Now we have to wait patiently for the situation of xrp in the coming days, because we should not come to any kind of decision now.

It's hard to decide right now wether to buy it or not since the issue they have is not yet resolve and we dont hear any good news from them other than the last update that they will fight for it. If the things get worste then it's possible that we can see another down trend upto 0.2 $ for each xrp we are almost there. If you still believe in them you can buy now with small amount since as I see there are traders that still supporting it and have support orders.

To touch $1 for XRP in the next year or 2021 is very likely, because even at least in the last two months the XRP price was able to touch $0.7 and it is close to being $1. Looks like not only that, with the bullrun going on it is very possible to reach the new ATH that way, then $1 will be easy to achieve and will be surpassed or maybe it will touch up to $5 or maybe higher.

It's not FUD and it's normal to see there were so many bad words about ripple. People have been loosing their money from this shit and former of ripple CTO was also dumping more and more coins.

It has been a few days only since the news came out and XRP started losing every support it had. The blame they are facing is of cheating their investors by selling their securities in the markets without any disclosure (correct me if I'm wrong).

Now I am not talking about making any kind of decision. The bad news for Xrp is coming every day which is a big concern for investors. So now it is normal for everyone to try to keep themselves safe, and there is selling pressure in the market to keep their funds safe so that xrp is dumping. It would be a difficult decision to buy xrp at the moment. However, those who have the courage to take the risk can take the risk.

It's really hard to predict at a time when XRP is getting bad at the news. XRP's value has dropped so much so it's hard to predict crypto markets just good news back to XRP can jump high when Bitcoin jumps.

Unfortunately, every day bad news came out about XRP. Many exchanges delist the XRP. Right now is hard to tell that XRP will be able to reach the $1. but we should know that in the crypto market future belongs to the Decentralized project.

Much proper from now on,  the case that being filed by SEC strongly affect the value of this coin, they are facing tough situation now and with that more and more exchange are choosing to delist the coin inside their service.

Centralized exchange are choosing side not wanting to have bigger problem in the long run.

The hope of reaching $1 is not the goal or priority for now but more on surviving the case and let the project exist, investors are mostly moving away not wanting to lose more money.
