Title: Tronlink Problem
Post by: zonefloor on December 18, 2020, 09:06:09 PM
Hello, I want to trade for tokens in my wallet on Tronlink. But my continuous energy processing fails. Is this energy so important to tron? How can I fix this problem if it's important. Is there anyone who can help with this?

what is your TRX balance, are your tokens locked in staking?
transaction could fail if your energy is low, but should not be that low, if your balance is non-zero, it would help if you can attach screenshot or message that you are receiving

I have 100 trx in my wallet. Apart from that, I did not put it in any staking process. My energy always looks 0 and doesn't rise at all. Do you have to do something extra for this? I think this may be a problem with energy.

before making a transaction, make sure you have enough energy and bandwidth. because the energy function is here to execute smart contract on the TRON blockchain.
To get Energy do "freeze TRX". If we don't have it then
some TRON balances will be burnt as Energy.

In my wallet the bandwidth part is 100% but the energy part is 0%. When I try to make a transfer, it charges tron from my wallet as a fee. However, he then warns him as perpetrator and is not transferred due to lack of energy. What exactly needs to be done for this.

Similar to Bandwidth, energy can also be obtained by freezing a part from your balance. After hitting the freeze button, you should be able to chose between bandwith and energy. Energy is for smart contracts and bandwith for voting.
Briefly, if you have enough Tron in your balance, you can get the Energy by freezing a portion of it.
If the issue persist, then please make some screenshots so we can understand the issue and help you.

You would need to freeze some TRON if you want to use energy and dont want to pay for fees
go to tronscan.io -> assets -> energy "obtain" -> freeze. check if it will supply power & energy.

I don't like the vibe that TronLink gives, that was my first Tron wallet and It wasn't as straight as other Tron wallet, if you got your recovery seed it's better to import over into math wallet, to send Tron tokens in math wallet you only need to have few Tron in your wallet, you will be able to send those tokens out

I don't think it's a solution for zonefloor. User needs to stake a lot more than 100 TRX to have reasonable amount of energy. Anyway if user doesn't have energy, TRX will be burn to get it. So I assume that it's a problem with specific contract/token.

What token do you want to trade?
