As is where is , may need reflow, no burnouts, no missing diodes Highest offer takes them this Friday at 5pm central time. But as I said I have been picking up physically damaged non warrantable cards locally for $25 to $30 on Craigslist and a local insurance auction place, and some e-waste locations. So I can do the same for these.
