I've applied for an account at Paxum and OKPAY, but it seems to take a while and I was hoping to get some coins quickly. There is no moneypak here, and I can't find a way to fund any of the exchanges with what I've got.

My virtual Mastercard didn't work with Paxum and OKPAY still haven't responded to my verification process so it was nice to at least get a few. Also bought some MG$ from Yankee.
