My advise would be to show the girl you like that you are interested in her. The first step would be to just become friends. If she can trust and confide in you it's much easier. Girls usually like qualities in a man that is for a long term relationship, like being reliable, can provide and being a good listener.

Let her know your interested in getting to know her better.  The girl will not show interest for you unless you are nice and treat her good.  And if you only want to sleep with her she will know.

If you want to talk to her daily go don't be shy but for me, it's annoying even if a girl is interested in you. For the topic I can say that if you spend more time with her probably she will fall for you from personal experience there are only 2 options: She fall for you or you can see exactly what is going on with her and you can see if she is falling for somebody else.

Yes this is exactly what I was thinking, to take a shower and use some perfume. Not to smell like villager coming from the cornfield. Many girls i slept with said to me that i smell great, probably this is why i listed it third after the other things. This is mine experience.
