Title: To the guy who said he bought his first bitcoin the other day
Post by: djrjefj384 on December 24, 2020, 08:37:48 PM
Hey man I seen you in here celebrating that you had been saving for a long time, driving a 99’ Camry or something.

You had finally saved enough to buy your first whole coin. Then some guys in the thread were like “pretty dumb to buy at near ATH” (was like 19k at the time), “your not a smart puppy”. Well this post is just for you. Take a victory lap bro, you earned it!

Congratulations!

Anyone who buys bitcoin aims to earn and treats this investment as a win. Whether you buy close to ATH or not, as long as you know that you have a target price to sell and you will be at profit, congratulations.

No one can spoil someone's happiness in profiting with his investment in bitcoin. But you have to understand too why others are worrying when somebody asks to buy near to ATH. It's not a good strategy though but the guy earned it.

If you still hold bitcoin from a few years ago because you believe that the price will increase again, you already make your dream come true because bitcoin price now can back to more than $19k. You should be proud to make money from bitcoin, and you will make another money from bitcoin if you still hold more bitcoin. Yes, we really make a profit again after we hold for a long time ago.

Holding money for that much years is just stupidity and it is not an investor's action even he may never become because basic knowledge about inflation is much needed for someone to become an investor so never try to hold money for years. Just keep investing what you are having excess to your needs.

In this world full of judgemental and envious people we should already expect that when we achieve or accomplish our goals we would always receive such comments.
But for those who achieve their goals congratulations and for those who are still on the progress just like me don't worry our time would surely come and we would also accomplish our own goals.

Yes, crab mentality is always observe in this world. Why not just be happy for someone, and give some encouragement to the path that he may traverse in this crypto journey? In this world, we need to have positive mentality, else, enviousness will eat up inside and we will not see the good things that life is offering us.

Never listen to anyone in regards to your Investing, Mind sharing which thread are you referring ?

Buying a First Bitcoin in This Bullying market is for me a risk taking because at any chance market may Fall for a while and left you hanging more.

Not like when buying in correction ,the cheaper and the possible profit is good.

Yeah awesome move. We should all congratulate him. There are so many experts predicting another rally in the BTC market that buying at 20k USD is pretty much alright. Unfortunately for me it's still a long way to go for a hole Bitcoin.

lol why?   Unless he sells, he has lost $19k so far.   The entire culture tells him to "HODL" so until he tells us to fuck off and sells, he has lost a lot of FIAT.

The big question:  When will you sell?  Pay debts?  Buy luxury items?  Buy long term assets?  <<-- every one of those has won over a person who never sells.
