Since Walangkopo is the one who used the mentioned ETH address first on the forum, I guess he is the real owner and Perindu is a fake / cheater. Of course, there is a slight possibility that they are both the same person, but then it would not make sense for Walangkopo to draw unnecessary attention by self-reporting. I don't think Walangkopo and Perind profiles are owned by one person. You can clearly see than Perind just copies and pastes a bounty application made by Walangkopo several days back which either means that lazy Perind was trying to cheat bu copying other participant's application, or he was trying to frame Walangkopo
