Does anyone know where this can be found? I have looked and cant find it. I've heard it doesn't improve hash rate Vs. the 5GB unlocked?

Do you need a special windows driver for the 10GB version?

I have only seen one of these being available and it is from a seller on ebay.
I believe they unlocked it by doing a bios upgrade on the card to have it recognized as a 8gb card instead of only 4gb.

The bios I know for p102-100 gpus aren't verified and I haven't tried it out if it works or not, I don't know if you can risk it but if your graphic card supports dual bios switch mod then you can take the risk, here is the perfect place to find the bios  https://www.techpowerup.com

Are you running on windows OS cos I think I have a better solution for you, do you know how to run a separate OS from a pen drive if yes then congratulations, simple mining OS is the solution you seek, this OS is specifically for mining only, you can flash this P102 gpu automatically in this mining OS, you don't have to take any other risks

Be sure to check for viruses and check the BIOS file through utilities

I had heard SMOS also did this. I was just looking for a way to do it on windows. From the hashrates I've seen there doesn't seem to be much of a change at least with ETH.

I have not heard of increasing the hash rate, but more memory will allow you to mine other coins that require 8 GB of video card memory.
I try to buy video cards with an upgraded BIOS, because the seller will update with verified firmware.

I found the Bios at the link but didn't download it. Anyone else think it looks suspicious?
