Title: For those doing technical market analysis...what did you deduce?
Post by: Phantom Investor on December 26, 2020, 11:08:33 PM
Straightforward question I’d say. I’m reading a book on technical market analysis, however it’ll take time as it’s around 750 pages 😅.
Until then, it would be greatly appreciated if you would enlighten us with respect to your favorite alt coin...could be any.

Regards

Not sure what exactly you are trying to ask but TA involves technical indicators that just guide you on how the market might perform in the near future. They don't 100% predict the future price movements, so I would advise you not to completely rely on them because of the unpredictable and volatile nature of the crypto market.

More than 6000 altcoins are alive in the market so its is 100 times harder than reading 750+ page book. Technical analysis won't work in this way, it is possible to make analysis only after you pick that coin and dig deep to understand how the future movements will be. Even if you predict still the probability of your predictions come true is very less.
I would say it would be better to stick to the coins with a high market cap and 24 hour trading volume. Prices of Coins with no trading volume or liquidity are so hard to analyze as they can easily be manipulated

One thing is for sure the biggest crypto market and in this case Bitcoin broke its resistance in 2017 and we were analyzing and waiting for these 3 years to watch the great adhesion of famous institutions like paypal and others and to closely monitor the breakdown of the 20K. Maybe there may be a correction in the graphics or even in the market in general, but we can be happy with what happened and this is my view in a nutshell.

It's worth remembering that it is in relation to the theme.

I have also studied many notes of market trends but I did not get much success on the other hand forex market analysis is easier than the crypto market. In the crypto market sometimes I noticed the market did not move according to the charts. I would say its not easy to understand the moves of the crypto market even I saw many people believe in TA but this also fails sometimes so it is also not a sure-shot way to trade. I believe those who are successful traders develop their own strategy by mixing up basics, fundamentals, technicals, and market news.

Learning trading then market is good, starting from technical analysis is excellent, you need to understand that to higher extents technical analysis are for short gains where you get in 1% -  10% off a trade or 2.and also you need to analyse it totally independent off your emotions.

When it comes to analysis, then that's what i'm really good at.
I can suggest a coin to put your eyes on, this one ladies and gentlemens is NEM. I've seen that project alive for years now, never saw them facing any big issues/troubles with their communities at all and the most important thing is that they are having alot of supporters, investors and a great community. Besides, we didn't see it make any big jumps so i might say that there will be a season for NEM really soon, keep an eye on their graph.

It's not the same between technical and reality here,,you also need to understand the basis of the market but it does not need many as 750 pages,,,
For example you are used to forex charts are not necessarily the same as the charts on crypto.
It may be the same way to play but you need to re-analyze crypto because I find it more complicated here
