Dear all master..
I have done bitcoin transactions on 22 December, then on 26 December the transaction has been successfully confirmed, but until now the Bitcoin coins have not entered my wallet .. What do you think is the cause of coins not entering the wallet?  Please give me an explanation because I am new to the world of crypto

Could be several causes, depending on the wallet you're using. Are you using a web wallet? If so, are you sure it's legit? eg. have you verified the download before installing the wallet?

If you're using bitcoin core / electrum, again, are you sure it's legit / you didn't get clip-board hijacked (sent to the wrong address), and if not, are you actually connected?

On electrum for example, there should be a green/blue dot in the left? corner.

So really, to determine what the issue is, we would need a lot more information, starting with

1. what wallet are you using?

I use wallet from indodax.com, i never have problem with this wallet before..

The first thing you should do is post the transaction id or the bitcoin address from which you made the transaction.
Only then the people here will be able to provide you any assistance.

Just did a quick check on Indodax and found that it is an Indonesian exchange and it has a lot of negative reviews on google play store.

Guess as much. Indodax is not a wallet but an exchange. This has happened to me before but while sending altcoin to another custodial exchange. While this can happen, it can also happen to bitcoin because the problem is from the exchange not from bitcoin blockchain. Not your key not your coin. You do not have any choice than to contact their customer support.

OP, did you withdraw from the exchange? If so, where did you withdraw to?
It would also be of help if you'd be able to provide at least one of the transaction IDs for those confirmed transactions.

So ... did you withdraw/transfer from indodax.com to another wallet?
And as said, did you try to contact their customer support?

You should check the transaction if it is not yet confirmed, every transaction has a transaction hash and you can check your transaction by using that hash on Blockchain.com explorer or blockchair explorer, if the transaction is not yet confirm you can use https://bitaccelerate.com/ to re broadcast your transaction.

Yes, this transaction has been confirmed. Did you send coins from indodax or to indodax?

If you sent them to indodax you'll have to get in touch with their support.

If you withdrew them from indodax you might have downloaded a malicious wallet, because the coins sent in the transaction above have already been moved.

On rare occasions the balance on our exchange's wallet may not get updated even though the transaction was confirmed. Try to check the transaction history and check what is the transaction status there. No worries your coins are not lost since you send it to the actual exchange.

This is the best you can do, your bitcoin is not lost because you sent the bitcoin to the right address. On exchanges, this kind of a thing can happen, what actually caused it is what I do not know but it can happen on custodial exchanges and wallets unlike noncustodial exchanges and wallets which it can not happen. Your address will be funded immediately you provided all necessary information that will be forwarded to you to provide to make it certain that you are the real owner of the wallet and also that the transaction actually is for you.

The problem has been resolved by contacting the support from Indodax ...

I once a late transaction in indodax but it did'n take long to complete,, only took a few hours not until days,,
You can try confirm to customer service as proof bring a copy of your transaction data
I believe people in indodax are very professional to all

Your transaction was confirmed but your balance has not yet shown the amount. Sometimes, there are bugs or errors on the system of exchanges or marketplaces that make the process of balance credit is stucked, delayed or broken.

You need to contact their support with your account details and the tx hash of that deposit transaction. They will check and credit it to your balance. If one exchange is not scam, and your transaction is confirmed on the network, the exchange has to do their works, credit the amount to your account balance.

AFAIK, it just mean that your transaction isn't fully confirmed. If it was fully confirmed, your balance should reflect to your wallet already.
If you think that the tx has been fully confirmed and does not reached your wallet, try contacting your wallet support and tell the issue.
Double check also the address that you'd set. Maybe you made a mistake for that part.

According to the transaction its already confirm for sure there is something wrong with this its already reflect the balance to the exchange wallet I think some of the reason is Wrong recipient address or wrong address indication, one of the best and recommended to do is to contact their support. Hoping you will be refunded or taken an action OP.
