Hi!

Download GPU-Z and open it. There is a "Memory type" slot there where it shows what RAM your GPU uses. It might be that 4 of them are Samsung and the 1 is Elpida/Hynix/Micron.

Also, download MSI Afterburner and take a look what is the memory/core clock on your GPUs.

I did it all.  i installed the same bios.  I also adjusted the MSI afterburner settings.  it was always 1 gpu less mh / s.

How do you view the mobo and the mining.

Ie where is the monitor plugged into.

Flash a bios on the weak gpu with low hashrate, though it isn't weak just because it's giving low hashrate, it's just that some gpu have memory types that aren't so good with mining but once you flash a modded bios things will turn around, you will start getting better Hashrates

You can use separate standalone mining OS because they have inbuilt bios mods you can easily flash them or use google search to find tutorial about how to flash bios mod, make sure you download the right bios for your gpu

Do all of the GPUs have the same memory type?
How did you do the flashing, did you use right timings?
What are the temperatures of the GPUs (are they different)?
Have you tried to change the riser?

Try to swap the video cards or run the problematic video card on another computer.
I also think that this is due to the BIOS firmware, it may be necessary to change the BIOS firmware for this video card.

Might also be related to your riser connections. 6 pin/sata or molex?

This doesn't sound like a raiser issue.
With a faulty raiser, the hash rate would be much lower, or it would change over time. 25 mh / s is the default hashrate for this video card.

and wmy rig working now 143mh/s but ethermine i see this rig dont work until 40 min. ethermine does it for the 4th time today. why is this happening

all of gpu same memory type
i flashed all of them same
all of gpu tempurates 55-62

What else programs are you using? amdmemtweak, overdriventool? tell all your system and progs you are running with?

Hae you lower the memory clock speed of the graphic card that's giving you low hashrate? That card can be more mining friendly if you don't overclock but instead downclock, if you have update the bios this is the only thing left to try

ok all looks good, virtual memory enough? if it is try download miner from official source, run with admin if doesnt work close miner restart again, if it gets fixed then you got something like virus stuff,  need to reinstall windows again, it happened to me also this. good luck

Find an 8 GB flash drive and install Linux
https://hiveos.farm/
If there is a decrease in the hash rate due to problems in Windows, then you will immediately understand this.

claymore miner is no longer relevant, try Phoenix Miner
