AS we know coinbase is suspended the trading of xrp because of US regulation last week . coinbase said trading of xrp is limit for only 2:30 monday, and it will be fully suspended after jan 19 at 10 am.  after this news xrp price fell 19% and new price is 0.22$ . PRICE of XRP fell 0.24$ from 0.28$ within the 20 min after the announcement .

I've heard the news. It's pretty devastating to those who really didn't listen to the news. And not just Coinbase, others like crypto.com are also suspending the trade of XRP to US which will start Jan of next year. I can see more companies delisting XRP in the future.

i knew that and i just expect more announcement will come soon from the US based exchange site. it maybe poloniex and bittrex will become the next exchange site who will be suspend the trading for ripple on their platforms. Coinbase and crypto.com already announced that but we hare some more US based exchange sites that are not yet taken the decision regarding the future of ripple.
this could be the end for ripple as well.

This is really bad. This is a clear exhibition of power of SEC. US traders may want to consider for exchanges that aren't affected by SEC otherwise, when regulation introduced, it will create a mess.

This is getting really intense and serious, and from all angles it is spelling bad for XRP hence the team needs to put everything in place to ensure they take care of this situation as early as possible. This is because the problems facing XRP keeps compounding, first they need to sort out themselves with SEC and secondly with exchanges which have delisted and already thinking about doing so, in addition, with what is happening to XRP no exchange will be happy to be under the radar of SEC as it is now clear that, once SEC comes for a platform, fud is already generated and that will cause dump for the coin or token of that platform.
In the case of XRP, the best strategy is to sell, even at loss and move over to Bitcoin, because the more exchanges delist, the more the value drops drastically.

If the XRP trading on Coinbase is temporarily suspended then I think this is the right time to buy XRP,
because currently XRP is very cheap, especially when XRP is still in the top altcoins,

Brad Garlinghouse knows this already, at first they should leave the US soil and set up the company HQ elsewhere and choose a crypto-friendly territory, SEC was already waging war against cryptocurrencies that were base and operated in the US territory that they think as suspicious.

IMHO, I believe that SEC will not stop on Ripple many crypto-based companies that operated in the US territory are now under the SEC radar for suspicion. so I think it will not stop and we continue to hear about this kind of issue.  

Many exchange market have suspended for trading ripple from coinbase until bittump and almost united state exchange have stopping for deposit, withdraw and trading with ripple coin after investigating SEC or Securities and Exchange Commission. Any exchange give extended time more than two weeks later for Ripple could win for SEC cases and back normally for trading on any exchange but if they loss maybe Ripple become bigger coin will delist on any exchange market, just waiting for how Ripple team will give reason to fight with SEC they will win or loss and many investor have loss with drop price from Ripple.

Luckily I got good profit from XRP, both during its low and got it right to sell during 0.7$. Its just an accident when I bought XRP, I suddenly convert my funds to XRP instead of Bitcoin. Unexpectedly, the price continued to increase and learned that there a fork thats gonna happen and just decided to hold it. It's sad that most didn't experience my profit, this is the downside of altcoins, you can earn a lot in one day and also lose all in one day. Just invest what you really can afford to lose.

I think the decline in XRP prices due to news related to Coinbase's planning to suspend it for a while. There will definitely be investors who are

Looks like major platforms are delisting XRP. This is going to hit them harder after this SEC lawsuit. I have seen a thread where someone shared how desperately ripple was trying to keep their coins listed in exchange. They even managed to get one exchange to keep on listing them and open a contest where XRP traders will receive USDT based on the amount of XRP they deposit/withdraw. It is more like they are wanting people to keep the volumes up.
Lets see what happens in the future. Everything looks totally against them.

XRP price fall was logical after the bad news, the traders were in rush to sell XRP and buy more BTC later. After the price fall in BTC, the same traders will go for the XRP and buy more XRP from cheaper prices. It is the same in all markets almost but having a second B plan can save the XRP traders in case of falling below $0.14. Below this price level, it is meaningless to hold more underwater trades, so I will also join the bear side of XRP traders. Hope the price recovery will happen soon, so we can find a gold balance between the uptrend and bad news effect.

Which platform in particular are you talking about? cause I only read about trading suspension while delisting to happen on the 13th of this month and if care is not taking by the XRP team this coin will be history but I still don't why some crypto investors are so naive to the extent of investing in the coin like XRP which have no genuine important/benefit for the crypto community.

Suspending xrp trading is different from delisting it. It just simply implies that those well known crypto enchanges still have a faith and hope that xrp will be able to overcome this lawsuit by the US SEC. I have a strong feeling that coinbase and other major exchanges that suspended the trading of xrp will cancel its suspension after just a short span of time.

At first XRP was good but now I don't know why many exchanges are de-listing XRP. But I had to hold some XRP but sold some before. I still have some XRP. Will I sell these coins now? There are a lot of big brothers here, they must give me the right advice, I hope you will find it easier for me.

Personally I believe it's better to sell your coins when you have a price as Ripple is going to have a rough road ahead. Though this blow won't kill it but a large part of Ripple holders and traders lies on the group that would be mostly affected by the ban of US citizens for trading Ripple on centralized exchanges. There are no solid P2P and decentralized solution for Ripple and they have no specific niche of use.

For now the XRP token has not yet been resolved with the issue of a lawsuit from the SEC, so it will be very risky if you maintain the token at this time, especially since some large exchanges will remove XRP tokens from their token list, of course this is very bad thing for XRP token holders, So a little advice for you so that for now you don't hold that token anymore and release everything into the market that is still there, and if later XRP has finished its problem, then that's when you can buy it back, this is only for a while.

Its a must for XRP or else, don’t expect this coin to survive if they lose to SEC. Xrp price drop still continues, not even just Coinbase. I heard that some other exchanges such as Okcoin, Bittrex, Bitump and maybe some other exchanges will also suspend Xrp from the list. this is really bad, lucky for me never invested nor used Xrp.

The fate of this project will depend with how they'll face this case, once they've settled the problem
then market will start to biunce back but if they dont' do anything and lose it.

They could settled it the way they want, it doesn't matter. This is not the first time SEC got involved with projects, and certainly it will not be the last, XRP has faced a lot of things and somehow always came out on top. This is the coin that was the biggest altcoin after litecoin 7 years ago, everything came and went and XRP always kept that third spot no matter what, even if there were new things that tried to took its place, XRP got it right back.

I hate xrp with all my gut but I have to accept that these dudes know what they are doing and it doesn't look like they are going to let it go. Today blockchain have stop for trading ripple and become many exchange wanna delist ripple coins, still bad situation for ripple holding where many exchange have try for delisting ripple coin and make bad reputation. I think that the legal team will begin to take active measures only after the new chairman of the SEC is appointed on January 20. Last two day ripple raise more than 30% price up, how come any coin wanna delist on any exchange market could up more than 30%. Remember. XRP is a coin that is centralized, the developer can easily manipulate the price because the most supply is held by the developer.

This is what I don't like about XRP and if SEC successfully brought down Ripple we will have one centralized coin out in the market and probably the biggest one, right now they are slipping while all the other coins are pumping their price is slipping and if the SEC will have the upper hand they can be out in the top 10.

It is so ad to know this bad issue about XRP. After its jump high price, then it is crashed down only in few moments by a regulation. Well, this is not good. Moreover, it is not only Coinbase that suspends or delists XRP from the exchanges. Other exchanges like:

My advice to everyone will be to stay away from Ripple until everything is sorted with the SEC, from what i understand the developers are trying their best to sort out the issues and it looks like they are trying to settle the issues so that they could continue with their business. The decision by the SEC determines the future of Ripple and so is the case with other coins as well who raised money.

This was their weak point all along and I don't even remember how many times I told people not to touch XRP.

They made themselves an easy target for governments and thought that if they decide to attack Bitcoin XRP will fill the gap as a centralized and easy to regulate crypto.

I think you must have noticed that it is not good to continue holding the XRP as it will cause losses later.

The fact is that the bad news about xrp is constantly coming from the holders which can lead to hateful incidents later on. Also from the beginning many had a bad comment about xrp that it is a real shitcoin. Moreover all these misconceptions can frustrate the investors especially the new investors can go into a lot of panic when buying xrp.

In my opinion, if you are still in the positive profit, I think you need to discard it and go for btc or eth instead. Positive profit means, you are selling for the price higher than your buying price. The future of xrp is still hazy. So better convert your xrp to much solid one like btc. But if you can risk your XRP and wait for them to resolve their issues, but no assurance that their price will go up, you can hold your xrp.

Even though the XRP price is now rising again, it is indeed risky to trade XRP in its current conditions. With many exchanges starting to plan
delisting XRP. My advice is to sell the XRP you have, and can reinvest in XRP when there is an official decision from the court. Whether XRP is
proven guilty or not, because if the XRP investment is now the risk is very high. If XRP is proven guilty, a massive dump will occur. So avoid

I guess if it's a temporary and it will not increase anymore without the good news from the ripple's case. SEC could come anytime with the bad news and this will be affecting ripple's price.
People are paying their attention into it,  im also watching it right now and regularly open the news site to see whether there's a bad or good news about that case.

Not only coinbase but also others exchange has taken the same decision to Delist xrp soon and that force large number of people to sell their xrp when xrp was doing good before the coinbase & Delisting news come out.even news of SEC is also responsible behind the drop of xrp. If they close their case, then xrp may start their new journey again. Although exchanges delisting issue also important for xrp existance.

this is a perfect time to sell since xrp have recovered and the loss will not be as big  . they then need to wait for the update regarding in the case of xrp before deciding to re invest again but if xrp is proven guilty it will not be safe to re invest on xrp because exchanges that havent de list xrp yet are probably going to do it and they are also waiting for this signal .

The price of XRP has recovered pretty well. For a few days it seemed that i could go to 0,10 $ or even lower.
Like others already said maybe now is a good time to sell your XRP with only a small loss.
A lot of people seem to be happy that XRP is struggling now, because with it's centralization it basically goes against everything that cryptos should stand for in the first place.

At the end of the day XRP is in investigation right now and anyone who buys right now takes that risk. I understand the logic of "if I buy right now I can sell for a lot higher if there is good news" because let's face it we can't guarantee that it will be bad news, it could very well be a good news as well. However investing into something with the hopes of getting a good news is not really a good investment strategy if you ask me.

I rather go with the fundamentals and invest according to that, it would be a lot better if you find something undervalued and invest into that, it would allow you to invest into them a lot easier knowing that it will eventually go back to the price it should be and not what it is. These are risky stuff of course, we are talking about community economics here where we all decide what is going on and it all depends on movements and momentum, anything could change any second.

When drama of XRP ending because we know last months many exchange announcement for delisting xrp from their exchange like bittrex, coinbase and many exchange, how the progress right now there are really delisting or not. I think bad way when exchange is not delist xrp because they have make many investor panic for selling ripple coin after bad news, I think we must fault exchange why keep holding and available for trading xrp until today.

People can't just let go of the Ripple situation. It is clear that no one could have foreseen such a development of events.
