I reported his 2 posts from altcoin announcement threads. I think it needs to be nuked to stop him from doing the spamming. Which means it has been detected by moderators that he is a spammer and his account has been banned.

Alternatively you can use bpip browser extension (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5224821.0) which will enable you to see who's been banned (and few other useful info) without leaving bitcointalk.
Next time when you come across similar spammer you can report it to [CLUB] The SpamBusters! Busting rule-breakers constantly.
