No problems. Happy new year everyone! Onwards and upwards!

That's really big. The price keeps moving upwards, which has made the New Year more enjoyable for the Bitcoiners. Along with the increase in the price, there is rise in the dominance level of Bitcoin. This is expected growth, and further we don't know whether some form of price correction is gonna happen or it is gonna move gradually upwards. Hodlers need to observe the market very close, to mark the profit at the peak.

It really smashes it but I am afraid that there will be a dip in the coming months. Lets hope i am wrong.

Another potentially big psychological barrier is behind us.

It's funny how it's difficult to form a resistance on uncharted levels in a bull market.
When you go down from the top you see the levels that acted as resistance before and prepare to buy at these levels because they could become support for bounces. When you go up to new levels you just roll with it and this is what's going on. People will be buying until they run out of money.

Same thing everyone has been afraid of since it touched $20k it still does not relent or show any form of smashing.

With so many large investment companies looking at what Microstrategy and Grayscale have been doing and looking at Bitcoin as a long term store of value, I am struggling to see how any large dips make sense at the moment.

This is the start of a great year for Bitcoin, because Bitcoin has shown its strength and for those of you who are still doubtful about Bitcoin, then you will regret it in the future, because I am sure the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase and of course my second target has been reached (selling 35% of my Bitcoin at $30k), and the next step is to wait until the price of Bitcoin increases to $35k, because my target price to sell Bitcoin is :
1. selling 30% of my Bitcoin at $28k
2. selling 35% of my Bitcoin at $30k
3. selling 35% of my Bitcoin at $35k

The price is doing impressively well, I was not expecting this. However, I don't think it can hold onto it for much longer, the correction should happen eventually. And I don't mind it happening, actually, because I've come to the point when I stopped caring much whether it's $10k, $20k or $30k. What I want to see is whether Bitcoin actually becomes more usable to purchase stuff as the price grows because even though it has its troubles, I still want to see Bitcoin working as money within my lifetime. And I know there are shops and other places around the world that accept Bitcoin, but the selection is extremely limited.

Whoops got so excited I actually accidentally deleted my post, had to repost this haha! 2 days late or we could have marked 2020 with 30k, but I'll take this any day of the month for sure;)

Still wiping my eyes at this price. It was for sure coming, but seeing it hit now and stay pretty firmly on track to stay this way for at least the next 24 hours, healthy volumes as well, and on a weekend too!

Welcome to 2021 people!

I think Bitcoin got this value more as a store of value as in a year like the pandemic one of 2020 people started looking for alternatives to gold.Bitcoin was the first to come to mind and I think partially this increased its value to this awesome amount of 30K.I hope it will start to be implemented a whole lot more than it is actually implemented and that can add to it even more value and it can reach that 100k we all have talked so much about.

it may be excellent news now but until we are purged of the majority of the whales it will have a massive dip post FOMO 2017 where there was a heap of profit taking then the inevitable race to the bottom.

it may be less likely now that it has matured as more solid institutional money has bought in...though i dont think satoshi wanted institutional money to bring it stability as it semi centralizes it.

take the wins where you can.

It's really a great news for everyone and because of this, it will attract more investors and the adoption of bitcoin will keep on increasing. We don't know when it will end because until now bitcoin still increasing. A happy new year to every one here in crypto.

Hopefully it will continue to increase. We still have a good situation that can make its price up more than now. Yeah, we still in the pandemic situation where a lot of country still focus to create a lot of money and as we all know it gives a good effect for bitcoin price movement.

A good start from bitcoin for the new year can make many investor still hold their bitcoin even increase their portfolio. I'm so curious where bitcoin can touch its new all time high $50.000 or $100.000? We must collect bitcoin as much as we can before it's too late.

And one hour later the $32k and two hour later $$33k.

Indeed. Everything i am seeing the newest proce i am surprised. It just keeps rising. I am expecting a big drop but it didn't come yet. Maybe it will never comes.

It looks like a fairytale when it comes to bitcoin's recent pump wherein it break all the barriers and proved critics false when Bitcoin crossed $30k but it's bit scary to even imagine how market will react to any possible dump from whales, are whales losing control of price manipulation due to new investments or else is a long trap or this is how things are going to be for nect one year or couple of months ?

This is a sign that 2021 will be more better than 2020. Bitcoin indeed has prove that it remain the king among other cryptocurrencies with steady pumping from $29k in 2020 to $32k in 2021 which is really causing many customers a great joy. New year new system, that is to show that bitcoin will reach $60k before 2022.

Looks like it wouldn't stop there, Seem's like it is aiming to break $35K,
I wonder how much would it be by the end of this month I want to say end of this year but it only just started.
If this keeps on going I think it is really possible for BTC to reah 6 digit by the end of the year.

Im very happy because we didnt see the 2018 scenario this time and i  admire that i was afraid from anouther dump like the 2018 one but fortunatuly the price keep rising and now we reach the 32k...in this case we must all relax because in the worst case bitcoin will maybe back to 20k

What's happening in Bitcoin is getting more exciting even as the year 2021 begins and the excitement has got many planning, yes its a new year and plans are made at this time in a year, but as the price goes up, corrections/slum can happen here and there into the year, so in our planning journal, let's entry of such times be entered. Be sensitive at this time of excitement.

still early to tell what the future of btc will be. enjoy the moment as we are achieving a new ATH these days. yes, it keeps on going up, but need to be alert as it may go down without a warning. price correction is just around the corner and we have no idea when it will turn around. just be ready for what may happen to your btc stash.
indeed! we have a wonderful start of the year. and now, that vaccine is starting to roll-out in countries, we are now facing a new hope for this year.

Well, right now. It seems the price of bitcoin has a little correction but I think this will refueling again and spike into another set of the new all-time high. I am happy enough to see that bitcoin has been reached $30K in the market which far better than the last year of ATH. It looks like we have a good start to this year 2021, bitcoin price pumping too much and there is a lot of good news in favor of bitcoin. I don't think this is just because of hype, perhaps it will grow continuously and possible $100K throughout this year, isn't it?

Totally. This is what my partner always reminds me even when the bitcoin price hit the$20k mark on 2020. And now that it has reached $30k+, then it's even more crucial to watch the price to become more profitable.

Earlier, I'm tempted to sell 'cause what if the price suddenly crashes but then, I refused to do so cause it might become higher in the following days. It's like a crossroad for me lately. ;D

Never thought that it would reach this high.

I thought it would just hit $22K - $25K but right now we are at $32K and it is still going up not even stopping from the rally that might reach another ATH which might be $34K or $35K. I don't know what is happening but it seems this year might be one of the best years the Bitcoin community and history has even known.

No one thought so back then, this event is unprecedented. This serves as a lesson for those who spread FUD about bitcoin and other cryptocurrency. With more companies still putting their faith in bitcoin, the more the prices will increase. Do not be greedy though because at these moments that things could go south, I think that is the best nugget of knowledge that can be applied at the current situation. I hope that this run would continue for another year, but that could be a wish that might not happen.

Its now heading for the $35000.  It goes very quickly now.

Maybe not in percentage but it are big steps in absolute numbers.

We will see $50K with month ::)

It is a big surprise to us because we see bitcoin price can break $34 in the short term, and we can celebrate it by selling some bitcoin we have to make a profit.
We have more time to see the bitcoin price will increase more than the price now, and I think sooner or later, we will see bitcoin price will touch $40k or even more because the price has that chance to hit it.
But we should wait for a while because we do not know if the price can increase to $40k in a short time or not, and I see a battle on the market.
I guess that people now are amazing to see bitcoin power, and they will shock to see bitcoin price will be at $40k this year.

The significant increase in a short period of time that could reach 34k made me surprised dude.
as if bitcoin can't be stopped continues to be on the right track, it is not impossible that this increase will continue towards $ 50k and make bitcoiners rejoice.

There is only one word to describe Bitcoin which is "AMAZING", I am already at a loss for words to vent my excitement over the achievement of
Bitcoin. Because the 3-year wait since 2017 this year has finally been realized, I can recover the losses I experienced in 2018. And now Bitcoin
has produced many new rich people, the suffering we are experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic can be cured by the increase  in the price of
Bitcoin. Hopefully Bitcoin can continue to rise even higher.

For everyone feeling FOMO, don't worry, I feel you. It's okay because now that Bitcoin has shown its potential to rise above everything else, then you are sure to get more once you have enough money. Imagine being able to get more of it from the dips. I'm not sure when it will happen, but it still shows no signs of slowing down. The more parabolic move it makes, the more it tends to fall as fast too. So be careful too.

I'm happy for those who didn't sell at the top for sure. :D

I've recently got to know this.  In 2009 I just entered college. I wish I bought some bitcoin at that time. ha ha ha  ;D

Bitcoin keeps on moving forward and this is good for every bitcoin user, it is a big profit for every bitcoiners hoping that most of us invested a lot when the value is not that too much, actually, it already reaches and overcomes my expected value, I only expect that it could reach $20k within 2020 but it exceeds with that value and now continues increasing to the point that it reaches $34000, hoping that it could still go up but I am still worrying that it could go down eventually.

It's not too glad, I'm glad bitcoin's bull run get your attention. I suggest that you watch closely the price movement, and do a little study on bitcoin before you invest, not the right time to invest, you can buy bitcoin at a cheaper price if it will correct, but please I'm not saying it will happen, I'm just speculating too and that's based on what I see in the past.

Anyway, the pump still continues, don't know when it will stop but at the moment, it looks like bitcoin is gonna break $40k soon.

Well there's no problem with that if more demands will came and we will see the market cap became trillions since for sure if we reach that maybe we can see the price reached at $50k that's why let's hope that we will not encounter any big market issue since if all things good by this year then that price is reachable or maybe there's more we can see from it.

I'm not as optimistic as most of you guys. The price kept rising fastly during the last few days without showing any sign to slow down which is not a healthy sign. I would be  if there were few corrections every now and then.
Besides, there is no logical reason behind this sudden surge.
I just can't forget the 2017-2018 scenario when the price dropped from 20k+ to 8k in one month.

2021 will surely be a year of bull market!!! hopefully we can buy more coins and earn lots of money :)

What is going on with Ethereum? It has went up by 30% during the last 24 hours. Now ETH is well past the historic resistance level of BTC0.03 per coin. Most of the other altcoins are up by anywhere from 15% to 25%, including Litecoin, Polkadot, Bitcoin Cash and Cardano. And the Bitcoin dominance has decreased from 72% to 69% in a matter of few hours. Are these trends going to hold?

I am surprised too to see bitcoin price can jump to $34k in the short term.
But it seems, the step of bitcoin to back to $34k is not as smooth as what we want because the price now back to the $34k level.
I am sure the bitcoin price will have more power to increase and back to $34k and increase more than that price.
If the bitcoin price can hit $50k, that will give us a bigger profit which we hard to imagine.
I can not think what will people out there that underestimate bitcoin for a long time, and maybe they will regret and cry to see the power of bitcoin.

The ETH 2.0 is the reason for the rally and it is yet to reach its all time high valuation while bitcoin smashed through its all time high valuation and was rallying for a very long time and it is time to have a small correction and lets see how long this will hold, whether investors will be jumping in to invest again.

I was waiting for a correction in bitcoin and i was surprised to see that it went down 9% today while the alts gained and i am curious to see how the market will react in the next few days.

But now looks Like Bitcoin is being full Down back to below 30,000

For the Last couple of hours, the continuing Drops are Happening , Not only for Bitcoin but Altcoin also.

If this will be the expected correction then Good to Have more now, But if a crash May come ,Be ready and keep eye open.

After successfully breaking the price $ 34,000 now Bitcoin has finally corrected to a price of $ 29,000. This is a very natural thing to happen,
because some Bitcoin holders do take profit. But I find the support price at $ 29,000 very strong, so there is a big possibility that the price will
go up again and the possibility to go up higher than the price of $ 34,000. Because if the Bitcoin price rises without correction, in my opinion,
it is not healthy, and there can be a very deep dump. But if there is a small correction like now, it would be very good to make the price go
much higher.

It really is. Upon the ending of year 2020, we have already seen that the price of Bitcoin is fast approaching the path towards $30,000 when it have surpassed its last recorded ATH way back 2017 when it smashes the $23,000 price after attaining the reaching of its last ATH that we are all have been waiting for after a couple of year. The new year of 2021 have been brightly gifted to witness the entrance of the new ATH recording of Bitcoin's another smash all the way to the top that makes everyone specially Bitcoin holders going excited about what is currently happening. But always keep in mind that the price is still not that stable for there are still certain ups and downs happening even after Bitcoin reach the $30,000 so better be careful upon doing entrance to secure getting profit.
