You need to add more details which may give you more reliability.
What are the requirements, type of service, price, and warranty.
Your account is newbie and not reliable enough, so you need to put money in escrow to make sure that you are not scam as your account has no value.

Explain the whole thing. There are members that have also Reddit accounts although I don't have it, it should be explained well if it's legal or illegal.

One thing that comes up in my mind, this is probably illegal since OP didn't give full details on how does it work to earn Bitcoin using your Reddit account.

If this illegal, probably it could be an upvote buying or vote manipulation which is against their terms of service (https://www.redditinc.com/policies/user-agreement), and this will breaking their TOS.  The result might be taking down your account.

If not, then makes all things be clarified with full details and use escrow service since you're a newbie and don't have the credibility to run a service like this, it might be a risk to those who will join.

I do have an old Reddit account, 3 years+ but I wouldn't want to deal in something I don't know about. For example, I don't support scam or ponzi schemes or any other dishonest  forms of business.
So in order to get potential interested parties, please care to share the details here, terms of payment etc. Without such vital information, you are probably wasting your time here.

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to cryptocurrencies and to this forum, and therefore probably susceptible to stuff like this, but man o man, this just smells bad right off the bat. I mean, come on my guy, if this is just bullshit then at least put some effort into it, sell me a story, wine & dine me, ease me into it. This is just lazy work even I can see from a mile away. I remember some time ago, in some earlier forums not related to crypto, scammers, bullshiters or the sorts would actually make an effort to sell you a story. It was a god damn art form! This just makes me sad. I'd rather send some money to a Nigerian Prince that contacted me a few days ago.

There where are many services where is possible to buy upvote/downvote etc... Also if OP had a serious legit business and they just need Reddit account, why not buy them? As far as I know, Reddit account with solid age and karma can be purchased for just $15-$20. Not a big money if the can help to earn.

btw. trading with the vote, likes, repost... is not allowed on almost all platforms but it is still a serious branch of business.

It does say redit(sp) accounts, so I am thinking they want to upvote reddit posts for a cut of the payments they receive for doing this from the ones who are paying them to get it to the top of a reddit list.

whats worst is if the deal is illegal and the payments are also dust but if its legal and the payment is dust im not sure if there will be interested participants that will try but this could be their intention to try to save up some cash because they can just do what you have suggested above but still insist to open up an offer like this  .
 trading votes likes and repost and illegal but why there are still sellers of those service ? and worst is that they are mostly being sold on this forum and mods didnt take action with those service , wtf ?
