My friend you have asked a good question but is difficult question to answer. I want to suggest you just focus on forum, read and understand how the environment is, you have a new account so you don't have to rush into bounty. You just need to have it in your mind that you will be scammed.

You can take time to monitor the bounty section to see the manager that pays out promises to hunter.
But, there is no guarantee in bounty because most rewards turn out to be nonsense reward.

Bounty may waste your time.

You can follow this thread if the op update new bounty but also be careful.

Most users who participated in bounty campaigns are either spammers or scammers. In addition, if your post quality is full of bounty posts, then you will have trouble participating into future signature campaigns.

Nevertheless, your focus should always be contribution in the forum. Most users who have participated into bounty campaigns are also the ones who complain on why they are not ranking-up. Change your perspective about the forum and make actual contribution. If you primarily joined this forum purely for profit, chances are you will not get any.

On finding the right project to promote the weight and the responsibility, is on bounty hunter, as a newbie going for bounty hunter you should learn how to check the potential of the project, I don't recommend any project, I don't want get the blame, when things go wrong on the project that I recommend, it's on you, other can recommend but do your research before accepting the recommendation.

Actually you made the wrong thread on the economy board. I think you need to put it on the altcoin discussion board to make it easier for the many to answer there.

If you come here only to profit from bounties then I think it's hard to get. You will be a spamer who continues to do bounty reports without you contributing to this forum, remember the current bounty cannot be predicted, many failures from those that are so expected by the hunters, therefore we have to think about how to be a good account in the future, don't just be tempted by bounties that are not sure to benefit you.

let's be honest, it is really hard to rank up, not to discourage the guy who opened this thread but the merit system is kinda messed up, you have to contribute with something and hope other people that they will feel generous to send you some merit, some people don't think about sending merit even though they found a post helpful.

There is really no particular method in fining a legit bounty, it's often by luck or you work with the project based on the trust system embedded in the bounty manager and the exchange being use in listing their token. That's just a simple step towards the bounty evaluation but,
All these info would be of little benefit to you because, bounty rely offers nothing in the actual sense. It often turns out to be a waste of effort as most of the tokens from bounties end up as sh*t coins or there terms and condition favours them to spread payment through an unreasonable long period of time. It's just worthless to be a bounty hunter. Pull your energy towards acquiring knowledge and build your crypto vocab.

Hi, welcome first to the forum. About knowing the genuinity of the bounty relies on the success of it.
Getting hints before it goes on full sale will be seen and caught by those critical observant and that's why you need to be observant too and keep reading information and details about that bounty you're placing in.

The above information should help you a lot still there is no guarantee to find out which bounty is fraudulent and which is genuine. I have stopped participating in bounty since 2018 as they are no more fruitful. In the past, I only used to evaluate a bounty based on the reputation of Bounty Managers. I have been in your position before, it's very difficult and sometimes frustrating if you have spent time and effort and in the end, it's not even worth it, it's like gambling you'll never know if it's really legit, the bounty value will depend on how successful the project when release, now if you were talking about the bounty on a signature campaign that is a different story, they will pay you every week in BTC, to know more about that navigate to the market then services section of the forum, just a reminder that there are some that require a certain rank and other requirements.

If you have a lot of free time, then bounty will be useful for you to independently realize whether you need to do this or not.
If you value your time, then heed the advice of those who have not achieved success in such projects and today will never want to participate in them.
You are a beginner. Join the conversation on the forum. Read, study, ask everything that interests you. This way you can, after a while, independently understand what you need from this forum. You will have questions that are much more interesting than participation in bounty programs. You will rise in rank.
In the future, as a reward for your zeal for knowledge, subscription companies will be available where payment is made in bitcoin.
Participation in a bounty sometimes does not bring people practically anything, and in the future it causes people to be disappointed.
Try to learn from other people's mistakes.

It is really difficult to find a good bounty. As a newbie, I would like to give you a suggestion and that is to spend more time in other discussion threads without getting into the bounty thread first.  This will increase your knowledge about this forum.  I am also new to this forum.  I’ve been spending more and more time on different discussion threads from the beginning and reading posts from different legendary and well-meaning members.  In this I have been able to gain some knowledge about this forum.  So my advice would be to know well about this forum first then think about making money.

Which bounty project are you referring to? You need to drop a name atleast and moreover you are a newbie with just two activity on your account, I don't think this is the appropriate time to promote any project, you can't even tell the difference between a scam or legit bounty

I am also a newbie, at first I thought of the same bet later my perspective changed towards the bounty, I came to realise that it is best to focus and to concentrate all my mind on knowing everything about the forum especially the learnings here, discussions and opinions of other members rather than diverting my attention on what would yield nothing positive for me. As a beginner here, the most important aspect to realise the acquisition of better knowledges here and ideas on bitcoin and all what it entails.

I think most of the altcoins given by bounty are worthless,You can go to the service section to do signature tasks to reward BTC and other mainstream virtual currencies,
But the signature task is very unfriendly to newbie,You have to improve your forum account level first.

Well, let him also join and experience what others had experience like me. I was also into bounty shit hunting but over in those period of times joining and promoting it only end up that mostly the projects I promote are scam or it may not be a scam however they are not paying good. So, let the OP experience and decide for himself whether to continue into bounty hunting or not. I suggest the OP to chose a project in this section and start doing bounty hunting,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

Anyway, I had already told the OP in my reply to let him experience and learn about bounty hunting. It will be up to him whether to enjoy bounty hunting or to make bad experience in that kind of activity.

The question is can you differentiate between a good project and a bad project? If you can then proceed, all you have to do is spend more time on this forum and make good contributions to rank up, you can also join social media campaigns but bounties are complete waste of time if you can't identify the good projects

As this has been discussed before, you can find different guides in the forum that may help you be conscious of the differences between the bounties and the possible signs of a fraudulent bounty.
For instance:
[1] Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5230885.0)

Besides that, you can also look into this thread, which has opinions of our fellow-member in the matter of assessing bounties.
[1] How to know if Bounty is scam? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3217372.0)

Are you following or interested in any bounty campaign? If yes, then you can apply the guides given to you to avoid fraudulent projects. Nonetheless, I will suggest focusing first on the improvements in your knowledge instead of directly joining bounties.

hi, here I am a new participant in this forum, here I want to ask how to find out the bounty bounty information that I want to follow is fraudulent or genuine, please explain

Simply through making research regards them. Try looking on the whitepaper if it does have duplication then that is fraud and you should stay away from it. The other things you need to look at are the developer, the road map and more just do your own research. As a recommendation, I think you focus more on participating in a signature campaign rather than in a bounty campaign simply because yeah bounty could even provide great rewards however, it would be a lot difficult looking for them, most of them are just scam, unlike signature campaign which is more certain in giving rewards. But before that, you must first mind working on your rank though because I doubt you will be accepted having that rank, even in bounty the lowest rank they could accept is jr. member, make it a full member at least.

The truth is most bounties are genuine but they pay peanuts. Also some bounties will stop in the middle and won't pay for what you have done so far.
For me, genuine and good bounties depend on the bounty manager.

And there have a separate forum where you can see and choose legit bounty and participate thank u

There is always a first time for everything, we don't need to protect him or her so that they won't make mistake and join the right projects, if they aren't ready to fail how will they learn anyway? That's right. I think the possible best bounties here to choose are those bounty campaigns that are managed by very reputable and trustworthy managers.
Bounties can also mean bug bounty which we have recently on blackjack. These kind of bounty is found on Services section. Altcoin bounties are ofcourse on alt boards.

The most important thing is to research the project. Find out as much as possible about it. The more information we have about the project, the lower the risk that it is a scam.
For beginners, researching the project is not an easy matter, so it is best to check if high ranked members join the campaign - it usually means that they have researched the project and the probability that it is a legit bounty is much higher.
Of course, it is very important for bounty to be launched by an experienced manager, because he is the first to research the project and is responsible to make only good and profitable for bounty hunters campaigns. Newbie managers usually care only to earn money and don't think if bounty hunters get payment or not, so they are able to promote even scamers.

It's kinda far fetched thing, work on ranking up your account first. Identifying genuine and fake bounties is something that comes with experience and even after than there is no 100% guarantee.

We can have a 100% guarantee only when reward is in our pocket ;)
Even when the campaign is escrowed, we do not have a 100% guarantee.
However, the more deeper and detailed the examination of the project, the more risk is reduced.
I agree that it comes with experience, so it is worth observing to which campaigns join high ranked users.
The experience and opinion about bounty manager is also very important.

this can be the right solution for newbies who are not experienced in bounties. Many bounty managers with a good reputation and proven to handle legitimate projects, this can be the first step to learning and accumulating a lot of experience.

remember, do not expect too high, let alone too obsessed with getting a lot of money from the bounty. There are lots of unexpected things, even a project that seems potential at first can end up a scam, so think of it as a fun side job :)

I totally agree! You should not be guided only by the amount of potential profit.
Usually, these Bounty campaigns offer the biggest rewards, which at the end collapse, price of token drops to zero, or turns out to be just a scam.
Don't be greedy, just be smart and patient.

I hope already got your question answer. I also want to add some suggestions for you. actually nowadays most of the altcoin bounty cant able gain soft cap money from the investor. Because people losing hope from the ICO and now most of the people belive IEO. so forget a good bounty project you have to do your own research and only after that you can get a good project. I have also seen, you are a newbie at this forum. so it's very hard to join the bounty project right now. you have to rank up the minimum jr-member rank for join bounty(a few managers also take newbie for their project). so don't join all of the bounties, first do your own research where you want to work. also a lot of scam bounty you will get here, so you have to choose the bounty project very carefully.

When it comes to bounty hunting it's join at your own risk when I was active in bounty hunting I have joined a lot of campaign that i thought are great but ended up scamming investors and bounty hunters and I have reject projects that i thought was dubious but ended up becoming a good project, you  can't really be sure because bounty hunting and crowdfunding is not moderated and regulated.

Well this question is exciting because why it seek knowledge and experience, and when it comes to this one need to seek and research for your self. It hard to be able to predict the future of any project because of his volatile the market can be but again once you go through the white paper and teams and the product onces those things suits you and roadmap OK then you just take the risk to participate in they bounty.
Not that exciting though. You are right about determining a project's future is unpredictable. It's not easy to know if they'll be having a good future if at the beginning they look good.
But at the end and during its process on listing through exchanges, they will be dumped by everyone who got the reward from that bounty which were mostly blamed not only by their co-bounty hunters but also by the investors.
