Few days ago big case of Ripple company  this case is big issue in XRP COIN Price down this time. this issue is only USA person and usa related exchanges no big issue in other exchenges .  This time All coin pumping and what is possible to recover high price just like other crypto currency in crypto bull i thing XRP  just  short timeing  recovering in good price  whats your opinion in XRP price moving in  january 2021

It's on its low and that's why investors have bought at the dip and they're now looking into the profit. Having an active lawsuit had made it to the lowest price that it can but investors saw it as an opportunity. But, I've never bought it.

Just you see the price of it today, $0.3 and its up which came from $0.22.

AFAIK, we'll know the result for the lawsuit by Feb.

My guess is Law suit will be settled and Ripple will get back to its old self.

For those who had bought when it dipped in December 30- Jan 1, 2021 then they had already made out some profits now. As i do anticipate and expect that the price
will surely make out some recovery afterwards and it did really happen.

When most people are in fear for XRP then i do take chances to buy some cheap coins.Some saying that it is already dead but actually its too early to tell on that way.

In short span of time they already doubled out their investment for those who had able to get in into those times.

This topic should be in the Speculation section since it’s not discussing about trading. It would be difficult for XRP to cope up in bringing it’s price back to $0.50+ because of the ongoing lawsuit by SEC against them. It has gone down to $0.18 before climbing up to $0.32 as of this time of writing.

We do not know yet the possible price of the RIPPLE this year or this month because many people are doubting about XRP because of the issues happen right now. But even this happen to the Ripple Im still keeping my XRP because I still believe to the potential but Im not against to the others who are wants to sell their coins now because they want to be sure that they money will not lose.

I would say only thing that would make it 50+ cents once again would be dealing with SEC and fixing everything. They are not jailed anyway, so it means there will be a penalty and a deal, XRP ceo threw bitcoin and all privacy coins under the bus, because of that I would hope that nobody in crypto world would ever trust him ever again, dude literally said "we are the good guys, attack other coins, here is a list of coins you should attack". Instead of sticking up together, he sold all other coins which was a horrible act.

However at worst case, he will pay a fine, make a deal, get some new things implemented, work with SEC from now on, and they will be fine. When that happens, they are going to start pumping the price once more and it will probably be 50+ very easily. A news like "XRP pays a fine and walks away without a problem" would make it 50+ cents anyway.

You should wait the decision will be taken by the court, there's a lot of pros and cons about that dude. people are still believing in ripple while at the same time there are some who have been accusing ripple too. We will see what will be the side that will be winning the case.

Where can we see the update of their ongoing lawsuit? Haven't seen any news what's happening on this matter. So we have no idea if XRP team can resolve their issues soon or not? Right now, it is like we are venturing an unknown future if you will invest in XRP.

They are not yet releasing positive on their case because there is none to release, and if they if they are not taking any action price will eventually go down, I now consider Ripple to be a high risk investment, but on second thought those whales who like to gamble might find Ripple the best coin to accumulate if at the end of all of this, Ripple come out safe and they allow to go on, there's a possibility of huge drop to 10 cents.

last night my XRP position hit stop loss. I lost a few bucks but I am fine. after the SEC impact of XRP it dumps hard and xrp trade ongoing between $.20-$.37. At 4 hours time frame If XRP can break $0.37 resistance, I would take a long and till then no trade. I belive XRP will dump more sooner or later. Now watching Polkadot and chainlink for a trade setup.

Yes, Ripple is not going to increase in the next few months, they have many problems to fix.

I just heard this news a few days ago.

The problem that ripple is on is the big one which has brought the price down although with a little rise yesterday. But whether the law suit is positive for ripple, don't expect an immediate gain from ripple because fear has made more drop of coins. Ripple is a longtime project for me and a negative law suit result will cause further harm to it.

Even though the problem is in the USA, it has an impact on XRP. I think XRP should recover soon so that it can get the maximum price. so to predict the price in 2021 $ 1 you have to get XRP. so it can be a stepping stone for XRP at a higher price

and made top altcoins like Ethereum, QTUM, Algo, GRT, FIL, XTZ, LINK have increased by almost 20% more,

It's a trying time for Ripple, if they have not built their reputation and they are not a solid coin, they would have gone down the drain like all the others, but they have the money and the community to rally for them, time is not on their side investors and exchanges are waiting for Ripple next's action and updates from SEC, if they can come out of this, investors are going to shout to the moon.

It is possible that XRP will still return in price for a reliable currency all the time.  But at the very least, it offers inherent focus and it seems that the split is sharper as they drop a huge amount of gold into the market and forget the interests of investors.  What basis is there to really believe that XRP will take advantage of the SEC again?  even though their CEO has said that, they will do everything they can to not cause people casualties.  Nothing?

Positive -  We can Purchase in very low price and Risk our Money but the return is really High when the case dismissed or the Management of Ripple Do their Move to settle this.

I can't seem to remember XRP right now. XRP has no chance in that fight. Skepticism and dilemma of investor confidence and the crypto market. No one can defend XRP and deny the data reported by the SEC. Even the CEO of Ripple in that question expressed skepticism and lack of confidence. And I have no reason to burn my beef for XRP right now.

The only thing that can help ripple should be the court, ripple can do nothing to save its reputation when it can be considered as illegal security token offering. that will burn the reputation of ripple and all of the liquidity will have gone.

In the past Ripple is one of my favorite coins, and right now I'm not interested in buying Ripple yet.
However, I am still monitoring the movement of Ripple, for now there is no good news regarding the Ripple coin.

My prediction for Ripple's price at the end of this month is 0.25 usd

So far we saw a 20% drop of ripple price from 7th January when you made this post. Until the end of January is still one more week left. Price can decrease for 10% more by then.  On longer term, ripple will have a lot publicity since its owners will spend a lot of time on court. That is positive. But problem is that since it is a security it cant be traded in USA and in countries where USA will force their regulations. 

Tend to Disagree mate , as far as i know in every cases as long as not punishable by Death can be Settled , Ripple Team can make a settlement agreement as how i understand the US law , but of course they need to Pay Big amount on this and i believe that this will cost more than half of the total Marketcap of XRP now.

There was a time when I put a lot of faith and money into XRP, and my work with it ended. I no longer feel interested in participating in it. Things may need to end soon. Unsure of its viability in the market next month, but I'll tell you that in January I sold out and never returned to it.

USA government can't take the control over XRP coins, well maybe the XRP coins that Ripple owns but thats about it, for example if I end up buying some XRP right now and I keep that in my wallet? How could USA government get to it? I am not even an american citizen so it would be quite difficult for them to make me let it go.

However one thing is for sure, we are talking about SEC here and their power goes as much as giving XRP a penalty, which would be a lot of money and they will have to pay, and SEC will give them two options; either let SEC know every single money in an out of XRP (which they can't do) or shut the whole thing down, if XRP follows one of these they will be fine against SEC but we all know you can't give names of people who own XRP since it is anonymous, but you also can't shut down neither because it is a blockchain (or maybe they can, it is a centralized project anyway) so basically they would be screwed in that case.

Too many people feel the way you are feeling right now, this is why the price of XRP dropped to under 30 cents, which is really a 60%+ fall this year during a season when ethereum went x10+ higher and bitcoin did a x5+ higher as well, it is a proof that xrp is dying.

It even gave its spot to some new defi called dot, not saying dot is good or bad, all I am saying is that is brand new, and XRP was the third biggest one, now it is down to 5th and I think it will go down even lower. That is all because people like you who gave up on defending XRP, some people keep defending it no matter what but eventually everyone will be like you and they will be tired of defending it and they will go away.

So long story short XRP is really an important part of crypto world but their time is getting close and they might be gone soon, all it depends on what the decision SEC will make.

What is in reality on Ripple? There is a legal action pending. There are no prohibitions or any restrictions on the sale of coins. Trading on some sites has been stopped, but this is the right of these sites.
But to be honest, my opinion is that the chances of the coin's survival in the future are very small. And hoping that the company will simply pay the fine and everything will end is also not very correct.

I am feeling quite lucky to have bought XRP when it was around $0.25, why did I make this decision vid I see SWB did the same thing and XRP is suffering from one of the same things, I had only a little hope from there and yes, the news came and the price went up quickly. I didn't expect the pump, if it's manipulation many can take advantage of having it thru trading. The volume is really too big so we need to monitor it properly and with news of delisting it's still hard to keep safe in holding it. I usually just use XRP in doing transactions since the transaction fees is cheaper than in using BTC.

The problem that is facing by ripple already happened since a long time ago but SEC was taking the action last year to do lawsuit against ripple. Ripple has a lot of time to fix the problem but the ripple executives are focusing to dump their coins to the market rather than try to working with the legal framework of ripple.

XRP is on its way for the 1$ mark it seems. Now it is being priced at 0.63$ and after this doge coin sudden rise can expect anything and XRP in last couple of days as well has shown significantly upward movement so quite possible now it can even cross 1$ in coming time.

It's difficult of course to predict what will happen given these rapid price swings. XRP will rise, and then come down... but how far will it rise, and when and how far will it come back down?
It might be instructive to look at Doge, in case XRP follows the same pattern. Doge peaked ridiculously high and came down quickly... but seemed to stabilise well above the initial value. And now it is pumping a bit again, up 34% in 24h.
Obviously XRP is a bigger market and so harder to manipulate, but it's not that much bigger. The way it's going, you'd think it would go over $1 once the real pump starts - if it does indeed start as planned. But a fall back to the high 20c range seems unlikely in the short-term. These new buyers do seem to have a bit of staying power, as evidenced by Doge.

I think if anyone bets on DOGE or some other strange stock like Gamestop,,, this is understandable as it is a sort of angry revolution against Wall Street and financial corporations etc.

It appears you are correct. The planned pump never occured on the time and date they announced. The worst is XRP was dumped on the followers. It was only a scam. Wallstreetbets has never liked the cryptospace. Why would they pump cryptocoins?

Ripple may not even "win" against SEC, they already start an investigation against it, and it may end up defending, so it is not going to "win" anything, it is going to just not lose anything. Plus the only good thing about USA at this moment is that their courts are always equal to anyone, you could be president of united states and they will act same to you as anyone else, which is why if XRP is worried about favors tipped against them, that is not going to happen at all, if they are right, that means they will not be found guilty.

However we all know they did break rules, no other coin has a "company" managing the coin and also making a profit over it, all other coins are either decentralized or they have foundations that do not work with the coin to make money, they just help the system and if they get any donation that's it. Ripple was literally using xrp to make money from bank deals, that is illegal without proper registration.

If there is an announcement for a pump you must be careful. They always want to get profit their self.

I don't know if it was a trick or not, but I certainly agree with the bit about announcing a pump. If you say that you are going to manipulate the market in a certain way at a certain time, that gives other plenty of time to plan their own opposing strategies.

WSB was also contributing for the pump that happened with XRP. If you don't believe it and you can join on its discord group and the members of this group was also actively pumping coin that being traded on binance.
I have also participated on that pump too but the majority of pump will be a short term pump. it's real but it's a high risk.

They just bought a lot of XRP last weeks when it was that low. Then made some rumours that they gonna pump it and everyone was getting crazy.

Then dumped all their cheap coins and they will go for another coin.

It was already a known drop and there was no need for it to stay high, so its obvious that people would lose money from this, that is what I am very sad about as well. It is a currency that we all knew that would fall down eventually, it is in investigation and there is a SEC probing going on with Ripple, so it was obvious that there is nothing good about xrp that is going on right now, there is no reason why it should be high.

What happened? Some people pumped it and now dumped it, the price went low so much and now going even lower, and all the other people who got hyped about the pump ended up losing money, there is really nothing we can do to make this work, because its something we never really imagined would be possible, any sane person would have realized it shouldn't be high, but it did, and now there are thousands losing money and there is nothing we can do about it.
