Do try downloading nicehash miner, it's the best for newbies who are new to crypto mining and everything, it doesn't requires to be a pro or tech savvy to configure, this miner is capable of searching the best settings and the most profitable coin for your cards, you only need to insert your wallet address

i think nicehash cheating.thats why I'm looking any other solution 

So you are not mining yet but have already preconceived notion about nicehash...
Interesting.
I mine from time to time on nicehash and never had any problems and the revenue matches what I'm supposed to get.
The prices are visible on their interface but fluctuate depending on the demand.

I started out using NiceHash. It helped me learn quite a bit about mining. As I acquired more cards, I moved on to other software, but I still use NiceHash on a few machines. It is quick to set up and start mining.

how teme guys how to set up this mining and free mining a monthly amount of 400 to 500 usd i want to earn in mining

What Hardwares do you have ?

Easiest way is to go on your local Craigslist and try and buy an RX 470/570/480/580 8GB video card for ~$100-$120 or so. And mine ETH with it. Currently with $0.10 kwh power you will make $2 a day per GPU. With free or cheaper power its closer to $2.50 a day.

You can add 1 GPU easily to every motherboard. The issue is if you want more than 1 GPU in the same rig. You need risers for that and you will need an open air mining case. Search youtube and you will see the set up and instructions.

Most people typically have 6 GPU set ups. There are motherboards which are mining motherboards and they support more GPUs. However these days they will be hard to come by.

Good luck finding any used gpus with 8gb ram for under $200...

It depends on the type and model of your vga and perhaps other components of your system. 
If your GPU has equal to or less than 4GB of memory, then your choice of coin to mine is limited. 
Example,  If you have an old GTX 750TI with only 2Gig of mem, then you could mine Aion with gminer..

For modern AMD   GPUs with > 4Gig of mem I would mine ETH using Team Red miner or Phoenixminer.
For modern nVidia GPUs with > 4Gig of mem I would mine ETH using T-Rex miner or Phoenixminer. 
There is also Nbminer and Bminer and more.

may o know is this available any dashboard like nicehash.

Phoenix miner is just like claymore miner and others, it has no dashboard like nicehash, if you are looking for mining softwares that have dashboard for miners I will drop few names down below

1. Minerstat
2. Minergate
3. Betterhash
4. Simplemining

These miners are good for newbies who can't do mining configurations and manual editing of pools and ports/ip collections themselves, all they requires is your wallet address and few tab clicking, the miner even sync to find out the best algorithm for your mining rigs

Go to a pool loke 2miners or nanopool or ethermine...they have step by step how to info.

It's not hard to do pool editing settings yourself, every pool you want to use will have its own configuration to insert into the miner, every pools have their own tutorial,

For example this is a Monero pool called MineXMR, to start mining find getting started in any pool you want to use and follow the tutor, see image example below
