I tried today to send a few thousand sats from my Lightning node to my BlueWallet on my phone, and all the routing attempts failed, no matter the amount of sats. maybe the network is experiencing a long queue? or maybe there are steps you missed? maybe you should check again. I meant that my Lightning node stop trying to route the payments after some attempts. I tried all sort of values from 1000 sats up to 51k sats. All failed! And I can't connect to any node running behind Tor.
