Site todektoddminers, which sells fake ASIC, lacks contact information other than e-mail. Unlike ASIC Linzhi Phoenix, there is no information about Toddminer C5 ASIC. It seems to have arisen from nothing. I don't beleive in it, it looks like Scam.

I guess not
