Title: Have you claimed your Synthetix (SNX) tokens?
Post by: Pmalek on January 11, 2021, 10:05:46 PM
I came across a post on Facebook in one of the crypto groups where a user was talking about Synthetix tokens which have been skyrocketing recently. For those who don't know, Synthetix used to be Havven, an erc-20 token.

The old Havven tokens have in the meantime migrated to a new address and changed their name to Synthetix.
You can check how the token is performing on CoinMarketCap here. (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/synthetix-network-token/)

If I remember correctly, there was an airdrop of the old Havven tokens back in 2018. Over 37 tokens were airdropped to participants. Check your ETH wallets to see if you received any Havven tokens. Their contract address is > 0xf244176246168f24e3187f7288edbca29267739b.

The new SNX tokens aren't visible on Etherscan, so chances are you have them in your wallet without knowing it.
Check your ETH accounts manually, or insert your ETH address on Delta Balances that displays the SNX tokens.

If they are still there, those airdropped tokens are today worth over $450!
The easiest way to claim them is by using a Synthetix Dapp, known as https://mintr.synthetix.io/. You can connect the app with MetaMask or a hardware wallet such as Trezor or Ledger.

After that, the tokens can be sold on a bunch of exchanges like Binance, OKEx, Coinbase Pro, etc.

Good Luck!

I claimed them few days ago and I'm still holding my 37 coins  :D It was indeed a good one. I was checking my address whether any token is there and checked havven and found that they have migrated twice and the last one is SNX.
To redeem it, one can simply log in to their ERC20 address and send them by searching the ticker, there will be two ticker as SNX. You have to check the contract address.

This is the unexpected surprise of the crypto world.
I know there is SNX in my wallet about 3 months ago, in Etherscan it is not visible, but it is visible in metamask. At that time I needed money, especially since this pandemic was quite difficult, so I checked all the wallets I have ever used to join airdrop, thank goodness I got that. At that time I earned about 100 $, a really unexpected windfall.
Come on, check your wallet immediately.

I just come across with this when using Uniswap!!
I saw a balance of around 18 SNX, but I didn't saw them in ETH SCAN.

I had to go through my balances to find what token had the exact same balance!!
Until I found HAVVEN tokens

What a great surprise!

I did remember havven airdrop back in the year 2018 and i used to have 37 pieces of it but unfortunately i sold it long ago which is a complete regret because they swapped to snx prices starting to climbed up. Price now are really high which is more heartbreaking of letting that hidden gem.

Unfortunately, I did not find the token that you are talking about, although I remember the HAVVEN token and it seems I even participated in their ICO (maybe I also received a drop in their tokens then). But I found on your link incomprehensible tokens CEHH - CehhCoin, what is it and where did it come to me?) I did not know that not all tokens are visible in etherscan.

If you believe you might have received the airdrop, it's really worth checking any ETH addresses you might have used back in those days. It's a 3-figure amount waiting to be claimed. Check all your ERC-20 token holdings, you might get lucky. It's probably towards the bottom of the list since the old Havven tokens migrated to another smart contract address.
