AdvCash may be working for you, but you'll have to do some research yourself (including the fees, which are not all of them listed and visible). I didn't find UAE in the prohibited countries list from the FAQ (https://advcash.gi/en/faq/).
Also they use to be quite active on this forum too (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011381), hence you can ask them about UAE.

I thought you represent Ibandirect based on one of your post or were you just advertising for them?

Looks like your company does offer virtual credit cards. Why not use them? Or are you just trying to find out what other services are out there. In that case, use google lol.

Didn't know they started offering plastic/virtual cards again. The last time I checked they had some problems with their providers and was offering to only EU regions.

Nice find, LOL!
However, OP was asking about cards that can be used in ATM; if you know how to do that with virtual cards, please teach us  ;)

I don't know what you mean by "again". After the Wavecrest problem almost all cards had, AdvCash was among the first few to recover. They've started indeed with EU and iirc Russia too, but that was more than one year ago, so they had time to expand. I don't know if they did expand or just didn't update their FAQ, but it's OP problem to find out.

Edit: I just remembered, OP, you may want to also take a look at [BIG LIST] Crypto Debit Cards (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5280997.0)

There is this card  TTM Bank (https://ttmbank.com/) that I know it does support arab countries.
The only problem is the card costs a lot as the plastic needs 100$ and the virtual card takes $20. And they have monthly fees maintaining the account that costs 2$.
So taking this card and keeping it needs a fortune.

If I remember correctly, the site he represents offers plastic cards too. I am sure those cards can be used in ATM for withdrawing cash. I was looking at their trustpilot rating and there were people calling them scams (hidden charges and whatever. Didn't bother reading everything) and others accusing them of posting fake reviews.

I used to use their cards before like maybe 3/4 years ago and all of a sudden they told me that they were no longer able to provide credit card services and had to empty may card as soon as possible. Almost forgot about them and until one day I received an email from them that they are resuming their service. Logged in and saw that they still don't offer their service to the US and for rest of the world was coming soon.

Just please check the profitability of the service and all the restrictions, features, commissions, etc. Because I noticed that in the near future there are a lot of such services (and this is not surprising, given the increased interest of customers in it), but only some of them really comply with modern conditions and allow quietly and safely perform the necessary financial transactions and do not worry about the safety of money. I can say the same about the verification of personal data - you should not give it to those companies that do not yet have a reputation or offer dubious formats. You should be careful at every step. I hope everything works out for you in the best way.

There is discussion in the Arabic section regarding this card ---> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5307822.0, so make sure of the comments and maybe the card is suitable for you.

Generally, why do you need these cards? There is Rain platform -->https://www.rain.bh/ they are trusted and you can buy and sell bitcoin through them.

Unfortunately, card ordering is not available at the moment.
This problem is temporary and in the near future, all difficulties will be resolved.

I can't remember, but I found information about this somewhere before - it turns out that this is really some kind of tricky situation and a lot of people really can't find something they need. Almost everywhere there are some significant restrictions that do not allow to act effectively and among the most popular among them I can mention restrictions on amounts or the need to provide some personal data and so on and all this of course is not easy and sometimes even unsafe for traders or investors. I will try to look for this discussion, because I understand how important it is for people. And in general I want to say that caution is never a bad thing. I wish you a lot of success.
