Title: Broadcast Bitcoin Raw Transaction
Post by: btctech2021 on January 13, 2021, 03:14:07 PM
Dears,

I have installed the BTC Core Mobile Wallet (Android) and someone have sent btc to my wallet address.
The strange is that the amount of btc transferred is already appearing in my wallet, but not confirmed for 6 days. So the balance is not available to be spent.
When I try to broadcast the raw transaction in Hexadecimal through blockcypher.com/pushtx service, I'm getting the following error:

Error validating transaction: Transaction f4*********************1f2 orphaned, missing reference 47*******************2b5.

Can someone please guide me how to solve this?

Thanks!

Your transaction cannot be broadcast as the service cannot find the UTXO or the TXID that was referenced in your raw transaction. The transaction that created the UTXO was either replaced by another transaction or dropped from the mempool. If it's the latter, you have to get the raw transaction of the referenced TXID and rebroadcast it. If it's the former, then you have to contact whoever sent you the BTC.

I have installed the BTC Core Mobile Wallet (Android)
Do you have a link to what exactly you've installed? I don't think there is a Bitcoin Core mobile app.
