Try this to look for the logs below.

- Open browser
- Type the miner's IP and then login.
- now add /logs or /mlogs at the end sample 192.168.1.9/mlogs

If you succeed you can see something like this below just ignore the text.

Now paste the logs to https://pastebin.com/ and then post the URL here.

If it doesn't work you can try to use a software called "Innomonitor" you can download it from here https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/tool.html

This is just an alternative if you can't access the logs of your miner.

Use the report button

And you will see 4 options.

Just choose the error statistic you can use it to troubleshoot the problem of your miner.

Also, check some error code from here "How to locate the faulty part by the error code of the miner? (https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/q_a.html)"

Does it happen in any specific schedule or is it just some random events? if the miners stop working around the afternoon then there is a chance that they overheat.

No, you can't and you shouldn't be doing that, just increase the fan speed to 100%, if that doesn't solve any heat issues, you have to move more air, add some exhaust fans, meanwhile maybe shut-down half of them so that the other half doesn't get way too hot.

How much gear are you running and in what environment?? Whether it's random or at a specified time it could be a few things. I have no idea how long you've been mining so we'll go through it all.

Heat may be your problem, how is your farm arranged? Do you adequately exhaust the miners so that the hot air isn't recirculating? Because you mention raising the Shutdown for high temp I'm guessing this is the case.
If you are venting properly, when is the last time you cleaned or inspected your miners? This should be done regularly especially if you are not filtering the intake air for the gear.

If it's nothing like that. What else is on the circuit supplying the Miners? Does any other equipment turn on around the same time these are going down? How many miners are on the same circuit? If you are overloading the circuit miners could drop off before the breaker trips.

There are dozens of little details that can go wrong, best to cover all your bases.

Any luck with your T17e hashboard? feel free to respond to this in that thread.

Error 35 according to Inno's support manual (https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/q_a.html) suggests that there no power output, while error 32 is a sign of overheating, you need to check the fans and also check the miner for dust or anything that could be blocking the air-way.

For more details on how to troubleshoot these errors, visit Inno's website here https://www.innosilicon.com/html/support_en/q_a.html head to Q1 which says "How to locate the faulty part by the error code of the miner?"
