good day fellow miners im new to asic miners could any one please help me with the prob im having? here is the log of what is happening.

well lots of dead boards all 3.

Max pcb temp : -100. this looks wrong

how to fix. you need a working s9. swap one good board into the bad s9 and see if the board works

if the board works
leave the dead s9 board out

swap the dead board into the good s9 if the board is dead put it aside.

do for all three boards.

it is more often you have dead boards than a dead controller.

Ebay sellers sell spare boards both good and dead ones.

I think it would be better if you could share the whole kernel logs so that we can see if what the issue before all chains got 0 ASIC.

Since the forum has a text limit for newbies copy the whole logs and paste it to https://pastebin.com/ and share the URL here. So that we can analyze the issue well.

Anyway there are many reasons why the miner got 0 ASIC it might be a PSU issue, hashboard, or there might be shorted parts inside due to loose heat sink, cables is not properly attached(or fixed), or bad firmware.

If you bought this miner from someone and ships it to you, there is a possibility that the issue might be a loose heat sink. The loose heatsink may lead to high temp so if one of the hashboard has a loose heat sink it will automatically stop hashing if the hashboard reaches the maximum temperature because this miner has over temperature protection.

If you have some skills to disassemble the unit you can check inside.
Also, try to run the miner one by one to check if all hashboard is dead. You can follow this "Test hashboard one by one (https://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/226142788-Test-hash-board-one-by-one)

Please use the code function when posting the kernel log, the miner looks dead according to the logs but the kernel log isn't always accurate, if you provide a bit of history about the miner that would help identify the issue, was it running before or you received it dead? I would also test a different firmware, but don't upgrade to the latest Bitmain firmware because it will lock your miner, try Asic.to or AwesomeMiner just to confirm this isn't a firmware issue.

One more thing to keep in mind that it's very usual for a bad PSU to cause all 3 hash boards to show 0 Asics, so make sure you check the PSU as well.
