Title: On-chain data services
Post by: exstasie on January 16, 2021, 10:32:47 PM
I'm thinking about integrating on-chain data (coin inflows, mining and network activity stats) into my trading analysis. Data like exchange inflows vs. outflows seems like really useful information for indicating tops and bottoms.

I'm looking at Glassnode and Santiment.

https://app.santiment.net/pricing

I'm leaning towards Santiment and their $44/month product. Anyone used either service before? Are there other competitors I should be considering? Between the two, Santiment appears to give more bang for your buck, but they don't have quite the reputation Glassnode does.

I haven't personally used either of them, but I thought I would just say something I came across in the past. I have at times witnessed a YouTuber and trader use a few of the metrics of glassnode.com for his daily live technical analysis for Bitcoin price movements, and It seemed pretty much awesome.

One of the metrics I vividly remember was the Net Realized Profit/Loss market indicator which was quite solid.

I do see Santiment has a 14-day free trial where no credit card is required. Why do you first try checking it out through the trial  ;)
