It has greater utility in testing things than it does as a speculative asset. Just because someone is being greedy and manipulating an altcoin's testnet for profit, doesn't mean Bitcoin should follow suit. Why are they called testnet coins anyway if they are going to cost some dollars just to acquire for testing purposes? A $100 testnet coin vs free testcoin, which one contributes a lot more to the development of the network? Take your greed else where, we don't need it in Bitcoin. |
