Come on it's using SMS?

The world has been involved and found the internet now we're going to back on cave years again using SMS? sounds really dumb for me is really necessary to use SMS when you are doing a trade.

Even you are not having internet at all, there a called "Public Wifi" or you can do it later. IMO trade with this method will not give you any advantage at all:
- You cant see the chart.
- You cant use any tools trading.
- Blind trade.
- Book order was limited.

If someone things this options trade was cools, but for me is not.

I am just being curious, if some one want to sell a cryptocurrency for instance, how will the person go about it with such platform? Assuming the person want to sell Bitcoin, how will it be possible to send Bitcoin without accessing your wallet? And we know to access Bitcoin stored in a wallet like Trust wallet, you will need the internet, so in this case how will it be possible? Nevertheless, the idea is good though because the team behind the project aims to make the buying, selling and trading of cryptocurrencies easy and friendly, but yet those who are already accustomed to the normal way might not find it attractive, however who knows, it might come handy someday.

Actually, it is not as cool as you think. At least in apps like Crypterium, it is possible to send crypto between users by number (this requires the internet too, but it looks similar). Also, using phone numbers is the greatest danger for your privacy. In countries like Portugal, the phone number is like your identity and I do not think it will be useful here.

It sounds too good to be true. You will not able to do that until the traders were using the same wallet on the platform but internet is a must. When you are creating a transaction and that means you must have broadcasted your tx into the network.
I have heard so many old projects that wanna try to do that but it's impossible. Crypto is always required the internet.

That will be around your locality, maybe you are aware of someone who is involved in crypto who can trade one on one but i still believe internet will be required to do any transfer, i doubt there is any crypto that can be send through text message,.. this is the only way you can avoid using internet, to be honest i haven't heard of any such transaction and if there is am willing to know about it, as far as i know anything crypto requires internet.

I have never seen such a service directly. However, I have heard that Bitcoin can be traded without an internet connection or any connection of satellite. I have heard rumors of the success of Bitcoin transactions where people using Bluetooth or Radio Wave to send Bitcoin to nearby recipients, I don't know if it is true or not. Sending Bitcoin without an internet or satellite connection will make us self-sufficient, it is really interesting.

Do not engage, I repeat, do not engage, we all know that trading requires staying online and monitoring the whole charts and predicting movements too, without the internet this is impossible, beware of those who gives fake use case in disguise of something that looks real, it's like cloud mining from different platforms that have no real mining equipments, you are totally in the blind spot

I personally it's better to use the internet than this application, it's too dangerous if crypto transactions rely on SMS, the worst thing is hacking data from the cellphone number that we registered

lol, I was about to say it's not possible but from what I read in the link above, i decided to give it a second thought, even if this is going to be possible, it will never be as good as trading with internet, and do not forget that that allohash thing, they are definitely going to be a centralized company managing your funds for you, this is the only way it will be possible as they will act as the middle men, your crypto will be with them so that when ever they get your message of transfer to a number, they can execute the transaction for you.

So if you really look into this, this is just another form of bondage cus you and your fund will be at the mercy of the company, what if they pack up and ran away , how do you get your money back??.

buy and trade Bitcoin without connecting to the internet? I'm sure it can't be done, the reason I think is quite simple, because bitcoin is digital-based and anything that is digital-based assets which of course will use internet technology and assistance.

I don't know someone will waste his energy, resources and money to develop something that people won't use. This is very backward from the people that come about this idea, people are talking about DEX, that you don't even need intermediary to trade and you are asking me to be sending  text messages up and down. I wish you the best

if so, there really was some kind of trickery to perpetrate fraud. and almost this year is becoming an arena for rampant fraud attacking bitcoin more than last year. everyone will try a way that can trick bitcoin users under the pretext that I don't think makes sense.

Maybe I didnt read the whitepaper but just seeing "how it works" on the website looks very obvious that users will just be using text messages. Not sure why someone today would be browsing facebook while on the farthest northern area on the icy Canada yet not using his data to check the market where his money on.

am I the only one here who just heard, is there a company like this? because if there is, means bitcoin has a physical form? So far, I only think that bitcoin is a digital asset. which can be accessed using the internet network.
I was surprised by the company. how can the pattern of thinking.

It's quite questionable also if transaction is offline, I know it's irritating also when we need to have a transaction but there's no Internet, but if it will be made offline it is much more riskier and prone to hacking as others might access the account without us noticing it. While it's good since we don't need to spend money to do transaction there are many Side effects that can cause us more lost than profit in using the method.

how it work mate ? i don't really understand about how to trade crypto without internet connections except buyer and seller meet face to face
but, in this digital era, thats not a good idea, because with internet its easier for us to buy or sell anything including crypto buddy

Guys, I dont think it good to give negative feedback on new project which want to add value to cryptocurrency without listening to the team explanation since there have been a discussion about making crypto payment more easy and understandable to the aged person.

It can mate and I will advice you to read the concept of the project. Besides, theres once a crypto project which never push through (dont know what really happen) that introduced sending coins through text but the expect I still dont understand is the wallet private keys and who is going to be the holder.

This might happen but I don't think how. We all know that cryptocurrency is digital money wherein you can only access those tokens if you have an internet connection and your own device. But if some project enables us to do such a transaction wherein there is no internet connection needed when making a transaction, that is indeed good and maybe safe since you are not connected to a worldwide network. Maybe the only thing that is needed when making a transaction is the private key.

In 2013 CoinBase wallet already introduce Text Feature interact with their wallets for Buy, Sell, and Trade also the Text Feature have a few commands to be used for their customer. You can search that on Google, but don't know did the feature still can be used until now or already removed.

So, the feature you are talking about not really new at all.

This is very true mate, many scammers are trying different ways and means to scam unsuspecting victims.
As for me, I can never get involved or invest my hard earned money  in this kind of project, not when uniswap and other beautiful decentralized platforms are available, and if I ever wanted to use the services of centralize exchange, there are several good cex like binance, houbi global and the rest, why should I trade or store my crypto currency on a platform I can't even check amount of crypto I have in my wallet without them knowing?

It should just be an option for those who really can't access internet but we're not going back anymore to the old technology. Accessing to the internet has been a necessity and trading without internet? you'll never know the back offs of this type of feature. It can put you in trouble or it can be a blessing but for me, I wouldn't deal with such feature that allows me to do this, I just can't think of it that I'll enjoy doing.

It's gonna be very specific niche isn't it? I mean if there's no internet connection around you better off not using crypto at all because internet is like the core of cryptocurrencies. But I guess there's always some people who want to use crypto even if there's no internet connection at all But what I'm concerned is the security. If your wallet could be controlled using sms doesn't that mean your money is in the company hand?

I know that some of you are always looking for a no internet means of transacting your bitcoins in case you’re in an area where there is poor internet connection, but don’t forget that you can as well find yourself at a location where there is no network to send an SMS or make Calls, since this Allohash is offering Calls and SMS as a means to transact.

I don't think I will go on this one in my everyday trading activity, I want real-time update something I cannot find in a text messaging service although this is interesting and good for traders who are in far-flung places and they need to trade, this is good only for back up but not for your daily trading, let's see their potential, they need to promote it through the Cryptocurrency community.

I am not interested, because there is an easy and fast way to buy and sell cryptocurrency by online, but why did you choose in a complicated and difficult way by sms or call, because it is impossible at this time you do not have access to use internet and the price of internet is also inexpensive when compared to the price of sms or call, therefore I prefer to use online way (easy and fast) than I use sms or call way (complicated and difficult).

You can find someone in personal and can buy or sell cryptocurrencies without the medium called exchange but its not possible to broadcast a cryptocurrency transaction without the internet in place.

But there is a way to make transaction from your smartphone or pc which doesn't connect with internet which is called air gapped wallet.

It's a pretty cool idea, and it sounds like it's going to bring something new to the market. But I wonder if the project can solve the phone number problem, since I know there are many countries they can change the personal phone number of users, there are many questions about how the project works judgment. However, one point that I appreciate about this project is that it really does exist and let's see if it demonstrates its capabilities in the market.

See the marketcap.millions of people who using cryptocurrency at this moment and that's why each cryptocurrency value is getting up or down per second. I don't understand how its possible to remain the adjuct price for thousands of cryptocurrency during buy sell or trading?? Even have you though thst how to done the transactions block & trx without having internet connection? because without internet, that isn't possible, as far i know.so its better, let this system continue as same as now

it isn't seem impossible to me to be happened in near future. Cause our technology is getting update day by day and we are seeing those things that were seem impossible.so I don't think it will be a big thing to track and done those trx, transactions without internet connection even there are some wallet who allow us to transaction offline.so i like that idea, maybe thus Crypto user could prevent hackers to stole their fund, maybe!
