you have to exchange your btc/eth to get BTCB or binance coin. using which you can purchase any other token, they are like ethereum token but they use proof of stake and authority mechanism. You can look if there's someone who sells the specific token you have seen on Binance. It's just the normal deal with other people which is known as the peer to peer trading.
