No, you cannot.

you have to exchange your btc/eth to get   BTCB or binance coin.

using which you can purchase any other token, they are like  ethereum token but they use proof of stake and authority mechanism.

But this matter will baffle the public, which will make them confused about this confusion, and then they will stop buying alternative currencies.

Of course, you can. But of course, you can't  ;D
Deposit money on your account, in which way it fits then buy what you want there. (I find there is a 0% fee on Bank Transfer(SEPA) ) Then buy any other crypto.
But probably you won't buy some of the other currencies, because they haven't listed a pair. For example, it not possible to trade pair DOGE/EUR.
Usually, all new currencies are possible to buy with USDT, BTC and BNB, So it's best to exchange fiat to one of these currencies.
Also, interference can also be depending on where you come from. Some countries had some restrictions there, so better check well his TOS first.

Can i just say one thing bro! be very careful with the people who will contact you because i know they will after you have made this open invitation to chat you up on telegram, that place is not an ideal place to talk things regarding money, 90% of telegram users are scammers (sorry to say) the fact is that people get scam easily in there,
i will suggest you look up the list of supported countries on binance to see if your country is among, better to do things on your own than seek help from unknown people. just my little advice to avoid bitter experience.

You can deposit FIAT on binance exchange with mastercard and use the Fiat to buy other coins or your binance smart chain like you said, Fiat first before any other, I have withdraw few binance smart contract tokens from the exchange before

You can look if there's someone who sells the specific token you have seen on Binance. It's just the normal deal with other people which is known as the peer to peer trading. You can do that on the Marketplace (Altcoins).
