You bought Bitcoins 13 years ago? I don't think it was created then and if so, it didn't really have a USD value until a couple more years.

You should have a private key or seed phrase inorder to recover your address, the mnemonic is used to identify the user and encrypt private information like passwords, the email also verifies your identity. But I don't think any of them can be used to recover an address
Try contacting the blockchain.com support - https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us

If you have the old 17-word mnemonic, go here: https://login.blockchain.com/wallet/forgot-password

First go to https://login.blockchain.com/ (https://login.blockchain.com/).

then you will be asked to enter your wallet ID (wallet id is at the bottom of the authorization email, check your old email from blockchain.info). if you remember the password, then just enter the password and login. Usually you will receive an email to authorize the login. then you just have to check the email and authorize it.

If you forget the password then click the need help section to perform the recovery by entering 12 words as requested.

After that, follow the procedure. I hope your account can be opened again.
