off the top of my head I'd say California, Japan , Hawaii, and maybe Chile.  Sure there are others but this is just what comes to mind for me at the moment.  Thanks for the link, I'll check it out later cheers.

They say someone trod in a puddle with their work shoes on once in Norwich, but I think it's just a hyped-up rumour.
