I'm just guessing their website looks like DEGO finance maybe they were inspired from there and did this to get the action started. It's a good catch if there's a flag I'm accused of ready to mark it. And what I see the site theme is looks like windows 7 :). I don't know it is still on construction or this is their final website design.
