But also like what said above ,Don't you have google ? because this has been in internet for long time.

in my opinion you have to create a combined channel and a group for the group you have to choose a super group that can contain up to 75k users, for both you have to find efficient bots that manage news and moderate the chat

I don't know if this is not enough for His Laziness , Imagine a Forum user for Years and also a bounty hunter for years that does not know how to create a telegram channel?
