AFAIK this is Dapp game similar as sim city investment with Ethereum.

I don't know if it's scam or not, but we already have seen many investment games is only a ponzi scheme (scam).

You may ask the customer support in telegram about your issue (@lazyjack)

I did not saw this name ever in before. But by little search I can see they have also promoted in this forum. :)but I can not find any info or rating about this site is scam or something like this.

But as previous reply said most of the crypto investment is like Ponzi scheme and may gone away anytime. You should contact their support meanwhile to know your account condition.

Btw what info you provided in the op is really short and you should also follow the scam report (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0).

Enlighten us more on this if you please.

Did you "buy" that land on the game using ETH? Have you checked their social media channels about possible news and updates on any bugs?

Worst case scenario, the owners decided to shut down the project and run away with players money. I guess this would not be the first time a dApp scams its users. Previously many faucets and all were doing the same thing. One good example was Cowkeepercoin.

Either way, you can make a scam accusation report if the owners have an account here to make other users aware of the possibility of scam. But it would not help recover any money. Legal route is there too, but that is a big grey area. :(
