You just need to check their telegram (https://t.me/arbitano) which only has no more than 1k members (including fake accounts), so I'm not sure of their claim. another proof that 1m users are just their dream. All you can do is not immediately trust new projects, especially if they are questionable. According to the information you gathered, we do not know what your sources were, it is clear that it does not match what you see on their website itself.
I also think that such a discussion is inconsistent with this section. So better avoid that site and never try to put your money there. "Good projects", "Arbitano its legit", "Its legit..always pay", "nice platform"... usual paid spamming with positive feedbacks.
