Beyond participating in the shares of a hedge fund, FRX will be the token of choice to make bets directly from the Ferox Advisors website. These bets will be a dynamic version of binary options (or adjusted spread betting with a binary outcome); users will be able to make daily predictions on the up or down direction of prices of major crypto currencies and commodities like Gold, Silver, SP500, NQ, etc, and participate in payout structures guaranteed by smart contracts via the FRX token.

Speculating on the price of a commodity will have better odds when users pick FRX instead of TRX to bet with, the payout structure will depend on peer 2 peer distribution of all aggregate bets made on that underlying for the given time frame.

Profits from betting activities will also accrue to FRX token holders on a monthly basis. Additionally, FRX token will have the standard DeFi features of yield farming and liquidity mining.  
FRX and TRX dividends will be paid to users who stake FRX and / or FRX pairs via our DAPP with their web 3.0 wallets.

As for the company, it's registered in the RAK free trade zone as far as I know. They hold offices in Istanbul through a partnership with a foundation because of Turkish rules and regulations about asset management,

all the FRX related transactions will be done on chain, so there is no local law or restriction that would in any way influence the relationship between token holders and FRX organization.

Thank you for the information about RAK free trade zone, kinda helpful and giving me something to read, but what I wanted to know is the company details, like, perhaps, the registration number etc. I am not familiar with free trade zone topic, but I think even if you're under a free trade umbrella, you'll still need to have a company license to operate?

Perhaps this is the best option for the development of the project, because the free trade zone contributes to the active development of business, which is beneficial for every investor who will not worry about the interference of the regulatory authorities of other countries. In fact, the project is very interesting and has every chance of getting a high degree of demand in society.

I thought my previous response included your inquiry. Most investors are new to Tron, we are trying to encourage them, though they prefer using ETH and BTC to invest in FRX, thus you see the relatively modest figures in the Tron wallet.

Regardless, if you check outgoing transactions (including the wallet you are looking at), you might get a more accurate picture of the total sales done so far.

Official numbers will be declared at the end of the Seed Round, stay tuned.

I checked the project, I believe the intention of the founder is quite straightforward though the website is not encouraging at all. It looks program and designed by a learner, this will not encourage an average investor who doesn't much technical.
Most of this presales investors on project are impressed by what they see especially what's the project has done so far in their road map. I think the project need reconstruction of their website and marketing strategies.

Apparently, the main holders of the FRX will be the participants of the bounty campaign. Because 4M tokens are allocated for it. Maybe a little interest in the project is related to the choice of the blockchain used- Tron instead of Ethereum?

Interesting point of view ;). As far as I can observe, Ethereum looks to be highly saturated, all the competing blockchains have started to outperform it recently, look at what's happening with BSC, PolkaDot, and watch out for Cardano just to name a few.

Tron was the top choice because of ease of development and really efficient fee structure, in my opinion they also made some mistakes recently with the constant energy hikes which is reducing engagement at the moment;

however it's now much easier to transfer between chains compared to how it was in the past, so if there are no palpable improvements on Tron Network, this can be an option too...

Thanks for showing interest in Ferox, I wish you had reached out to staff members personally about some key updates. The project is in seed round, so some auxiliary aspects like website design, marketing, etc. are barebones at the moment I agree.

The next feature will be the Staking DAPP, which will essentially make 1 primary utility of the token go live, which are the hedge fund dividends; at that point the project can be considered 50% complete and is ready for exchange listing.
The timeline I'm estimating for that is about 1 month from now, I like to declare these milestones once they have been achieved.

All in all, if I were an external investor taking a look at this venture, I would weigh the risks of seed funding a brand new venture carefully. Having said that, if I make up my mind to participate, now would be indubitably the most favorable time to get in,
definitely before an exchange listing goes live, and before users start earning TRX from staking FRX, which is very likely to lead to quick price appreciation.

So far I see, the TRX that has been obtained seems several times more than a month ago, almost 47K TRX. At least they continue to grow. There is still a long way to go towards the softcap target. Indeed, the plan is to coexist on 2 blockchains, users will have the option to swap from Tron Network to BSC depending on where they would like to utilize their FRX tokens.

Good question, total supply of FRX will always equal 700 million. When expanding to BSC, we will burn an equivalent FRX on Tron, the plan is to have FRX coexist on both chains...

Correct, users will have the option to swap between FRX on Tron & FRX on BSC, and the functionalities will be identical.

Has been unaware of this, but the seed round journey seems to have been going on for 3 months, will this end in about 2 more months? Does to stop it, the soft cap $750K should reached first? I see it as achieving this was the ultimate goal, is that much needed to build the project? I feel like it will take quite a while to gather that much.

As mentioned previously, sufficient investment to produce an MVP and get the project fully functional has been reached a while ago, and an IDO and exchange listings are coming next month independent of whether the Soft Cap is hit or not.

Like seeing the whole Ferox team comes from forex trading. It has similarities but this may be intertwined with cryptocurrencies. But why did you choose tron as a chain? Will it be good for the future? is this for cheap gas costs?

Will Ferox also look at the concept of DeFi in the future? I see it can be distaking in DAO. But perhaps Ferox's team will also be interested in also joining as a sustainable DeFi

I've spotted, that Ferox is planning to get listed on coinsniper.net. Is this even an exchange? I havent found where to trade there. I see only projects that I can vote for listing. Is this just a place for voting? In the whitepaper it is planned for June 2021 - "FRX launches on at least 1 more
exchange to enhance harmonious free market trading". Hope that this voting/free listing is not the place where Ferox plans to be first listed.

The Ferox Voting process on Coinsniper is still ongoing and still not getting enough support from the community to be listed on Coinsniper.
Coinsniper is not an exchange. So no trading there, just providing detailed information on some of the projects listed there.

The voting is still less than half that needed, looks like community not so active to support their token. Even though there have been 3 campaign rounds, the community should have expanded. It has been more than 10 days, hope the community realizes this and participates in it soon.

I see the staking is got an impressive result, tens of millions of frx tokens have been placed for staking it makes me assume that many people do that with their tokens, but it just the sale still can't see when it will be determined to end, even the staking I've seen since may, it's almost september now, will the sale still last long? People in their telegram channel are asking about token listing, token listing is good to check if the token's potential token but they are still in the crowdfunding stage, if they want to buy they should go buy while in crowdfunding and let the team do its work after the crowdfunding they are on the final round hopefully they will be funded and we'll see them in the market.

That was a good news so far, they are finally in the final rounds. Meanwhile people who have bought it in the beginning, have staked and earned frx tokens. What makes me worries is about falling prices, the staking rewards token will certainly not hesitate to sell at their will, when this frx first listed on the market.

I feel the same way, even there's no monthly paid out earnings report and total FRX that staked anymore, the latest is in August at the beginning of september. I find that they are still asking to be patient with things like partnerships and exchange listings.

Upcoming IDO ? Ferox token has been on sale for more than half a year. Everyone who wanted has already bought FRX several times and in my opinion, can wait to trade them. Just because they wait for results, and get "soon" as an answer.

It's been ten months since opening this thread and launching the crowdfunding but up to now the token is not yet listed in any exchange I don't question if the project is a scam, there are projects that really took a long time to take off but having a thread in a moderated set up is not good I hope posts that are on-topic will not be deleted or this project will be flagged, or better take out the moderate setting, since this an ongoing project and developers on their telegram are still active in addressing issues.

Of fall the project I've seen this year this project is slowly but surely building its status, there has been a lot of complaints on why the team is not listing their tokens after so many months and the crowdfunding keeps extending, but they keep on their roadmap and hopefully, all the patience will pay off for investors, nice to know that they do buyback for those who wants to dump, they will regret this later.

What exactly they "keep on their roadmap" ? Ferox planned to be listed on "at least one more exchange" in June 2021. But so far it can be found only on SUNSWAP.
In August 2021 they planned to "start testing of a prediction, price betting via Ferox webpage" - not fulfilled. Strange to see that roadmap ends in November 2021 saying "to be continued". Any idea when the continuation of roadmap will be released? For me it looks like Ferox is half a year behind their roadmap plans.

Congratulations to the investors and community of Ferox. FRX tokens are already traded on exchanges, but Coinsbit is a less attractive exchange. The original trading volume was very low. Kucoin could be the next exchange of choice for FRX tokens, Kucoin is a popular exchange and has a good trading volume

To be honest that i didn't like this exchange site. I prefer hotbit rather than coinsbit if the team was paying the fees to be listed on coinsbit. I hope that the team can consider adding more exchange sites as their options. We know that how bad the reputation that owned by coinsbit. That's why so many people are seeing this as a bad move by the team.


You can't expect a very big daily trade volume from a small exchange site with a very bad reputation like coinsbit. You must show good progress to be listed on kucoin and that's not easy coz you will be facing so many tokens that wanna be listed on kucoin as a competitor.

It's more about a sustainable growth of a fund since there is an air of caution among people that got burned or heard about irreplacable losses

So coinsbit listing was not expensive but they are reliable enough for an exchange maintaining the servers etc.

It's more about everyday people buying some shares of Ferox hedge fund and with the skill of the people behind the brand getting returns on the money they locked in the tokens there are so many tokens out there and reputation is what will count in the future

If we put aside reputation of Coinsbit, I dont see anyone rushing to buy FRX tokens. The problem is not with exchange, there is something with project itself. Not many wanted to buy tokens during sales, however Ferox has sold enough FRX. Not many are buying cheap tokens now. If Ferox get listed on another exchange, nothing would change much.

I was observing their first listing through their telegram chat. People were more interested when will be deposit opened, instead when they can start trading or buying. When trades started, immediately many sell order appeared for tens and hundreds of tokens. And only few buy orders were created. As if people simply wants to dump tokens. That is what must be fixed. Because another listing will be same as first.

It's not only you who don't like the Coinsbit exchange, I also don't like it, that's why I say the Coinsbit exchange is less attractive. not only because of their reputation, but also because there weren't many merchants trading there.
We will see how this project develops in the future, whether the team just wants to dispose of their tokens on the exchange, or will look for solutions to increase the price and trading volume on the market.
