On your site, I see so many gambling games that a gambler can use, including playing on sports betting. How about regulations from your government? Because I see that you are based in Indonesia, I do not think that gambling will be allowed in Indonesia. Besides that, you use a local bank to deposit and withdraw, so I guess you apply KYC for your members.

The only crypto used to deposit is USDT, and I do not find bitcoin as the deposit way. Maybe you can add bitcoin as the deposit and withdrawal.

It's too bad that some regions are instantly blocked. I'll just assume this is originally a fiat-based casino that decided to add cryptocurrencies since it's gaining popularity among casinos.

You will probably have difficulty attracting players here if what michellee said about KYC is true. They value their privacy and anonymity when playing but would be willing to to submit information if they hit it big hehe. Will you allow members play using crypto anonymously by default?

AFAIK there's no 100% legit casino in Indonesia since the government aren't allow to gambling, it's illegal.

Just be careful if you want to gamble with IDR (or other fiat which gambling is illegal) because you can be considered doing suspicious activity or money laundering (you'll have trouble in the future)

Also don't forget to hide your privacy, there has been many news about police arresting online casino in Indonesia

Firstly, why on earth didn't you provide the link to your site in the op? Had to manually find your site.

The ANN itself is poorly put together without any screenshots etc(Could have purchased a copper membership considering the fact that your site is already popular which you mentioned) which is why my first impressions of your site are bad.

I have never even dared to play gambling originating from Indonesia because I know this is strictly prohibited by the government and even many people have been arrested by the police because they are considered to have committed crimes with the shrimp law that has been passed.

This is the first time I'm hearing about this gambling site. From different posts made by the users came to know it is one of the most trusted gambling platform. The platform now getting into the acceptance of bitcoin is really good and it shows the need of cryptocurrency in the gambling sector. The worst is, they don't accept even bitcoin, and in fact, they are here in the bitcoin community.

They had mentioned that theyre accepting BTC and USDT.

It is just fine if it would be converted on desired currency but the thing that mainly sucks is that KYC when you do make a withdrawal.

accomplishing kyc is one of the steps that gamblers here want to avoid as much as possible. submitting valid ID is understandable if the casino is a licensed one and they need to comply with the requirements. but sending a copy of the bank acct statement? i think that's too much. though you need to blurred the entries. but still i dont think a lot of players will like this reqmt. so yeah, i dont think many forum users will play on this site. there are a lot better casinos here that dont ask such docs

Op, there've been many questions from people here, but you seem reluctant to answer them. Screenshots would help make the thread more presentable; it's also weird that you don't post the link to your website in the post and people have to find it on their own. Some liked the design, but I think the main page is overloaded with images, and the huge gallery with moving pictures seems a bit annoying to me.
Regarding the legality of the casino, I see it's registered in Malta and has a Curaçao license, but the questions about your KYC policy and allowed jurisdictions are still very valid.

Does this mean that your balance will be stored in fiat, or is fiat just there as a unit of account sort of like Roobet (so your balance is still kept in BTC)?

This system does seem a bit clunky. I would suggest reforming it to cut out the fiat altgoether because it can get really confusing when BTC makes really big price moves and the player doesn't see the same effect on their balance.

Also, mixing bank transfers and BTC deposits/withdrawals seem a bit dangerous. Depending on the jurisdiction, this might not be allowed without a remittance license.

As per title stated that the domain name is bk8 dot com but when you visit the site it will redirect to bk8my dot com.

OP said that deposit is auto converted to respective currency (I assume users need to select it during registration).
This system is the same as I can see on duelbits, so once a user make a deposit then the value wont change no matter what is going on with the price of the used coin to deposit.
What I want to know is more about which exchange rate is used by this casino to convert the deposited money into fiat.

Does your website use geo-blocking? Because I can't access it, it does not load.
Can you explain more how does this work? You can't tell when a bitcoin transaction will confirm. So it's absurd to set a maximum unless you accept 0-confirmation transactions.

I can understand where they are coming from being primarily a fiat based casino, but I would honestly much prefer it if everything was kept in terms of BTC/other deposit cryptos.

As you said, it would be very tough to tell whether the rates that we are getting as customers will be good or not, since the market fluctuates so much even in the minutes in which the deposit is getting confirmations.

1. KYC is not that mandatory. We may asked for your KYC, but it's not that often, most of the case when we'll ask your KYC is when you do withdrawal with bonuses. But then again KYC only needed 1 time.

2. Our website currently just support Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia region, so if you guys are outside that region might not access our website.

3. Crypto Deposit and Withdrawal currently just support BTC and USDT, but it will be converted from local currencies. So if you play with IDR, you may deposit and withdrawal either by local bank account or crypto, but Crypto will depend on the current time rate. If you are registered using IDR, then you can only withdraw to IDR and so on. Except when you use Crypto, then no problem.

4. BK8 aren't located in Indonesia.

5. We always looking for our members safety and privacy, hence all of our members are protected.
