So let me give you some info on what is going on. Yesterday i was playing slot on bc.game called Saviour Sword and i Hit a bonus round. Now if you don't know the bonus round works as follows, there's a wheel that spins to decide the outcome of the bonus round and i landed on RESPIN with 2x multiplier now what this does is i get free spin but the catch is the slot guarantees you 5 jewels 1 in each column. After the roll is done it adds up all the jewels and since i hit x2 multiplier it multiplys it all by 2.  So the issue with my bonus spin is that i did not get 5 jewels even though it clearly states its GUARANTEED 5 along with my x2 multiplier. I got 4 jewels and the 2nd column literally got stuck half way so it only gave me 17x now adding on the multiplier for it being bonus round came to total of 34x. that 2nd column the jewel that got stuck was 10x by itself which means the total would of been 27x and adding the multiplier would come out to 54x. I know its not a crazy amount but i mean its just the fact that they are saying there's nothing wrong with this bet. I bet .00062520 ETH on this bet and it paid out 0.02063160 ETH when it should have been 0.0331356 ETH. I took a screenshot of this so you don't think im just a nutjob throwing numbers at you.

So i mainly jsut wanna know how is this work with the whole provably fair thing, i dont know much about it which is why im trying to figure out what happened here!@

Thanks went ahead and fixed that. They aren't helping at all, already tried they are saying nothing is wrong.

This is more for other people not BC related to gimme their opinion, seeing as the only words their support know how to say are "backend says its ok"

If they've said that there's nothing wrong and your concern has already been sent to them, there's nothing we can do about it.

But if you want to justify that there is, good luck to you, and if they've responded, the meaning is that they've looked at your account and history. It's up to you if you won't believe them. I don't play there and don't know how satisfying their customer support is.

A simple nothing is wrong with it isint going to do, you obviously didint read or look at the picture i posted, im not looking for you to do anything im looking for an opinion im looking for a explanation on how my payout can be one thing and the game says another thing and on how when the game says guranteed x number of jewels and i get fewer then there must be an issue, dont you think. Or are we all jsut suppose to lie down and take it with whatever these casinos feel like doing. Its not about justifying anythiing im not one those newbs  thats gonna come on here and bitch about "ohh this casino is a scam i lost 15 rounds in a row thats impossible" bullshit, so dont get confused. If i have something to say its because 2 and 2 arent making 4.

Looks to me like it might have been a display error. You add up the total of everything seen, it comes to 16.5. So, the last slot would have been a .5 to make a total of 17. You're likely not gonna get another explanation of anything else that may or may not be an issue. This would not be the 1st casino with a display bug.

Don't worry! Provide me your Provably Fair seeds for the round and I will verify the result for you. If result is not as per the payout made, I will talk with BC.GAME. Like Yahoo said above, the display can sometimes go wrong because it's just front-end animation but the underlying calculation shouldn't. So, go to 'My Bets' column, click on the round i.e. 23523966537694480 (as shown in image). You will see the box like below:

Click on verify then it will ask you to confirm. Click it and it will re-direct you to a new box, click 'Use New Seeds' and it will re-direct you back to first box with reveal seeds, like below:

Copy and paste the server seed, server seed (hash), client seed and nonce for the round here in the thread and I will have a look.

Not sure if we could help you just like what sunsilk posted you should refer to the BC.GAMES representative itself. I'm curious what are they answer to the user's concern. Please update here on everything that would happen.

I believe the same as yahoo the error just because of a mistake from animation.

Let's say we make some calculation from the bet @OP, 0.0006262 ETH around 0.8$ at this current bet but doesn't know the estimation from BC.GAMES or the current rate ETH when @OP makes the bet.

@OP got 5 symbols:
- Symbol 1: 1$
- Symbol 2: Error display
- Symbol 3: 0.5$
- Symbol 4: 5$
- Symbol 5: 10$

If we calculate all symbol without error symbol only 16,5$ but since the symbol 2 also same as symbol 5 we can know the calculation of that jewel can be 10$. If you calculated all of them will be 26,5$.

We do the math:
0.8$ x 34 (multiplier OP got) = 27,2$

Still around 34x multiplier, so could be the result bet was normal the wrong only from mistake display error.

I can see that it is a misunderstanding between you and the BC.Games and the only person that can likely to help you is the team behind the platform. They have Ann thread so it will be better to drop your concern there and if they are not listening to you then drop your problem to accusation thread maybe it can help you.

But the very first thing that you should do is to follow up their support why it happened and listen to their explanation but if you are not satisfied then you are free to escalate your issue further like scam accusation if the team will not accept their mistake and if in case you are in the 100% correct.

It would be even better if someone from the site would comment here and clarify matters so it can be resolved. They are not really active.
